I returned an item 9 weeks ago and am still waiting for my money.
Overall good experience. They waffled a little wrt when they'd get the part in and ship it and they used ShippyPro which I'd never heard of before. I got a little nervous because some reviews here said this wasn't a legitimate business but I got the part I ordered and was able to get my massage chair working again.

My 2001 lift chair was broken and I couldn't find anywhere the spare parts. Everybody said to me to dump my chair. Finally, I contacted these nice people and they offered to repair the controller to the manufacturer (CIAR). It took a while to get it back but finally my CHAIR works again. It is so nice to see people that work to repair things instead of throwing.
