Very good service and product.

It's the first time I have used Lincolnshire pond plants and I am well impressed. The plants for my 55gallon tropical fish tank arrived in the time frame given. In excellent condition and well packaged. Rest assured, I will be a returning customer. Well done and I urge other people to follow my decision to being a repeat customer. 😁👍

Don't Bother :(

Three of the plants they sent were completely dead. I sent photos of their condition but they refused to replace. Don't bother ordering from them :(

I’ve shopped several times with this nursery and can only offer praise for the pond plant quality, service and price. Just received latest batch for the pond.

Misold: Not as described!

I ordered two 1 litre pots of hellebores. Instead I have received two very small bare root hellebores. This is clearly a misrepresentation and thoroughly disingenuous. It is also illegal and contrary to the Consumer Right’s Act to sell items ‘not as described’!

Shocking & dire!

I gave 1 star, because I had to give something.Do not order from this company, I wish I had read reviews before I ordered! All items said in "stock" when I placed the order, which was to the value of nearly £60.What arrived 4 days later, were to say the least not in the best condition!I emailed to ask where the "rest" of my order was & with the state of the plants I had been sent, I wanted a full refund. The reply I received was shocking, telling me that the "rest" of my order was coming from Singapore?!Also said that I would not receive a refundTheir plants are as shocking as their service, how they continue to operate is beyond me!AVOID!!!

Plants arrived next day all the plants…

Plants arrived next day all the plants and kit were in good order, I added some hessian sack and pebbles to help hold the soil in place. All seems good so far.

Fraudulent selling practices! No actual stock despite claiming to be 'in stock'

Ordered a selection of Aquarium plants all listed as 'in stock'Order accepted and paid for with 1-3 business days postage.Confirmation email then said plants take 5-14 working days. Didnt notice initially.about 20% of the order showed up.Emailed asking about it only to be told they didnt actually have the rest of the plants in stock and they have the order them from their farm overseas and can take up to 2 weeks! No use to me so cancelled my order. Was told as plants are already ordered they cant refund me. Much back and forth later still got nowhere so have initiated a chargeback with credit card company due to the companies fraudulent claims of delivery times and stock levels.

An awful company with terrible customer service

This is an awful company with terrible customer service.I ordered a water lilly which arrived in a very sorry state, almost dead with just one mangled leaf remaining. I sent them a picture of it as it was received and they apologized, so acknowledged that this was not acceptable but they refused to give me a replacement or refund.First they insisted I dug it up from the pond to check the condition of the rhizome to assess the viability of the plant. This I reluctantly did. (as I was not happy with the condition of the plant and wanted a replacement or refund regardless of the state of the rhizome). Upon inspection the rhizome it was soft and squishy, which from my research indicates rot or death. - A water lilies rhizome should be hard in order for it to be able to support the plant.I sent lincs plants this photo of the water lily they insisted I dug up (which now had no leaves or stems) and I informed them of the unhealthy condition of the rhizome. However they dismissed it, and told me the plant is alive and still refused to give a refund or replacement. They have basically ripped me off and messed me around a lot in the process with lots of back and fourth emails when they should have given me a refund or replacement straight away.

Do not support this business

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Lincolnshire Pond Plants.I placed an order for several pond plants, which unfortunately arrived in very poor condition — slimy, broken, and clearly not fit for purpose. I was assured that a replacement would be sent, but the second delivery arrived in almost the same state. Despite providing photographs and clear evidence, I was repeatedly told the plants were “healthy” and would recover, which simply wasn’t the case.I received a small refund for one of the plants (Frogbit), but the rest of my concerns were dismissed. I found the entire process frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly quite disappointing. The company’s unwillingness to accept responsibility or offer a full refund for the clearly substandard goods has left me feeling let down and out of pocket.I expected better customer service and product quality. Based on my experience, I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs!

False sizes

Any of the plants you order won't be the size as advertised, I ordered a mix of 7cm and 9cm plants, they all came as small stems with about 3 leaves on in a clump of soil max 2cm wide. Do not buy from them.

Safe yourself the time and effort, shop elsewhere!

Please be careful when ordering plants from this company. Zero accountability when things go wrong. Borderline dishonesty for blaming me for plants failing when they arrived in terrible condition. If I could leave zero stars I would. Save yourself time, money and effort and shop elsewhere!

Appalling attitude to customer service.

Good grief. Please take note of the other reviews, and avoid this company. I received two bare root apple trees in reasonable time. Unfortunately one of them turned out to have arrived infected with blossom wilt - which, needless to say, only manifested when it blossomed. Since I reported the problem (not easy, because they are never available by phone, don't respond to Emails, and are very reluctant to respond by chat), they've tried every trick in the book to wriggle out of any kind of responsibility - first telling me the tree was too wet, then too dry and I hadn't been watering it (I had; carefully), then to use chemical spray etc etc. They've been taking the absolute **ss: it wasn't just the failure to engage, but the stinking attitude behind it. They've stopped responding to chat messages, too. One of the questions on the contact form asks if the disease was evident when the plant arrived. Of course not - there were no leaves or flowers; it was a bare root tree! That said, to have affected the leaves on blossoming this year, the tree would have to have been infected before it was dormant last winter. Their system seems set up to avoid accountability. I'll need to rip the tree out to stop the infection spreading to other trees, and I doubt I'm going to be able to get a replacement from Lincs Plants. The tree was not cheap, but I was willing to pay because it was a varietal I wanted (which, incidentally, is meant to be very disease resistant). Lincs Plants do not seem to take disease control seriously, and they have sheer contempt for customers. I would not touch this company again with a barge-pole.
