Avoid this company, they are running a scam once they take your money they dont pick up calls.. unfortunately i had bad experience with them, they took my money and relisted the property promised me refund within 48hours which was all lies

Avoid this property at all costs.My experience was extremely stressful and feels like a coordinated scam designed to take deposits from guests. I followed all instructions, returned the key exactly as required, and checked out on time. Shortly after leaving, the host began demanding additional payments through WhatsApp and claimed the key was “missing,” even though I had placed it in the lockbox. They then refused to return my £200 deposit and pressured me to pay even more directly to their bank. What makes this even worse is that the host asked for “a screenshot of the key in the lockbox after I left,” which is impossible and clearly a tactic to blame guests for things they did not do. After reading other reviews, it became obvious that many guests experienced the exact same behaviour:– High deposits– False accusations about keys– Demands for money outside Booking.com– Threats of charges– No refunds This is completely unacceptable and appears to be a pattern of exploitation, not an isolated incident. I strongly advise future guests to stay away.I have escalated this to Booking.com, my bank, and the relevant UK authorities.

These apartments were very dirty
These apartments were very dirty, the bed sheets were not cleaned and had no been changed. Towels dirty. Shower was not cleaned properly. We had booked through booking .com and have had refund that we was promised due to the company not responding . Do not book. Booked in August and stayed 1 night. Still no refund.

Untrustworthy do not book with them
I booked their "Spacious London Excel 2 bedrooms, Separate Reception, Kitchen, Full Apartment" in London through booking.com. This was cancelled the day before going to London by someone from the company without telling me and I received a full refund immediately which was dodgy as their rules stated that late cancellation did not give any refund. I was very worried as I hadn't asked to cancel this. I messaged them, emailed them and left a voicemail but got no respond. My friends had to find last minute expensive accommodation elsewhere. Do not trust this company ever, steer away!

Extremely complicated procedure of resevation
Extremely complicated procedure of reservation via booking.com that took me more than 2 hours after I fully paid Booking.com. Dozens of messages, calls , whatsapp for "security reasons". Inacceptable waste of time and requirements to provide confidential data and documents that no one knows how they will be used. Moreover to "verify" you identity (after you paid!) they charge you 1 £ more.... Never again.

Fraudulent and misleading company who lie to customers. The customer service assured me of a refund yet not given and they are now ignoring all communication. Avoid this company, very strange also about all details they want prior to the stay but must disheartening is the misleading lies, awful company who need investigating for Fraudulent practice

awful experience and the host lies!
This company is completely fraudulent as per the first review they fail to disclose very key information. Upon myself no longer wanting to stay at the property days before they said they would need to re-list it first and if it had been occupied I’ll get a refund. My husband advised I didn’t trust them to do this. Half of the information on the list doesn’t match up to the property. There are also secret cameras in the property that they do not disclose . raised a dispute with bookings who are now investigating this letting company as it’s clear they are fraudulent!

Unethical practice booking accommodation
I booked accommodation a 2 bedroomed accommodation at Windmill Lane, Newham, London, E15 1PG, United Kingdom through this company. This property operates unethical practices and fails to disclose vital information like lack of parking next to the accommodation. I was aware ID and presentation of a credit card were required to be presented for the booking on arrival however as I was hospitalised at short notice I asked if the booking could be transferred to my daughter’s name who would present ID and my credit card for her partner, my granddaughters and a family friend replacing me as they were booked in to see the ABBA Voyage concert and I wanted them to enjoy the concert they were so looking forward to. The management company refused insisting on cancelling the booking and stating as a goodwill gesture they would refund the monies if they could re-list the property and it was then let. They re-listed the property at double the price that I had paid ensuring that it would not be let. If you read the reviews carefully for this property on booking.com you will see that there have been recurring issues with sharp practice by this management company and the accommodations host. I would avoid this accommodation company at all costs.
