Appointment went very smoothly and Mikayla was very helpful in guiding my purchase. Got my extensions VERY quick (literally next day) - love that it had a piece to try on which helps because I needed to get a different shade. But allows returns to be seemless.

I’m really happy with my Luxy hair extensions. The quality is excellent, and the shade blends perfectly with my natural hair. Their customer service team was responsive and easy to work with; the agent shared several helpful videos showing exactly how to apply them. I feel much more confident using them now.

Everything about Luxy Hair rocks!Recent stress in my life caused me to lose some of my hair and that started a chain reaction of more stress, more hair loss... Gah!!!My partner and I discussed it and I went on a search for the best in hair extensions. Great Product and Superb Customer Service
Haven gives excellent customer service! She is thoughtful, helpful, and follows through with wonderful communication. So if you have questions, use the chat bc they are there to assist for sure! I have bought several times from this company and have been pleased with the quality and performance of the various products. I have even bought for my mother who is a gorgeous woman in her 80’s! We both prefer the halo for ease of application. I do not wear on a daily basis, but regularly enough to say the pieces hold up beautifully. Most importantly, they make me look and feel better! I think it’s wise to practice putting them on and styling a few times prior to an event for sure. Once I got used to it, I got way more confident and faster at it! As far as color is concerned, I started out skeptical. I’m happy to report that I’ve had zero issues and haven’t even needed my hairdresser to adjust color for me or the wefts! I love the dimensional color line for this reason. I am in my 50s and stay fashion current- leaning towards classic. I keep to the shorter and mid lengths. These extensions enhance any look, anytime. Say nothing ladies!! No one knows! Do not fear! Give yourself a boost and buy! I highly recommend chatting with a rep and showing your current hair color in various lighting and styles prior to choosing a color. This helps avoid any shattered dreams once your order arrives. Finally, please remember to BLEND your natural hair in with the wefts once applied!!! It’s not a wig, it’s an enhancement.

High quality product and better customer service
Luxy has a high quality product and even better costumer service. The first set of extensions I got ended up being darker than the advertised color and they were able to help facilitate an exchange and were very pleasant throughout the whole exchange. I was worried about the process as I am nervous from having the right match for my wedding day, but they really came through!
