MAX GERBER is "my banker" at Riverlakes branch in Bakersfield. I have neither loans nor commercial accounts, yet MAX performs multiple services crucial to my SMALL personal account: 1. STOPPED payment on bogus transactions when my debit card or account information was illegal purchased by criminals or otherwise obtained without my consent--thousands of dollars in transactions HALTED or REVERSED. 2. Provided REPLACEMENT DEBIT CARDS when account hacked. 3. Provided replacement card when my wife lost hers.4. Reviewed with me all recent account transactions to assure "no losses". MAX is just one of multiple expert and cordial staff members at Riverlakes, Bakersfield, but because he has been so often unfailingly gracious and helpful, I mention him by name.
