Missing parts. Buyer beeare
I have been a customer of Moore Pet Supplies for decades. I have purchased through-wall pet doors for both my prior home in Florida, and my current home in Georgia. Over the years I have purchased many replacement flaps and accessories, and have been generally well pleased with both the products and their customer service. In anticipation of our recent move, I purchased another wall-mounted pet door, for close to $900 as I recall. There was almost a one year delay in installing this unit due to our move, but when we did we found that there was a part missing. This was the handle which attaches to the security panel. I called Moore Pets and was told that even though this part did not come with the unit, the length of time between purchase and discovery of the problem meant they would have to charge $19.98 for the part. I declined as I know I can purchase this for less than $5. My advice to any potential customers is to check the package on arrival for missing parts (they only allow 10 days to be notified). I also would question this s company’s commitment to their customer’s satisfaction.

Fast delivery, good service
I have found moorpets very efficient. The speed I get my birds seeds is amazingly fast. I had a problem with a delivery when a bag of seed burst. I got through to Mike, straight away and he got it sorted very quickly and kept me updated. Thank you Mike.

Just spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who was very helpful. I had ordered a pet door on Saturday and learned on Tuesday ( St. Patty's Day no less !! ) that I lost my job due to the coronavirus. While I'm disappointed that I'll need to pay a 16% restocking fee ( over $ 100 ) I'm grateful that she was able to stop the delivery.Every little bit helps ..Thanks Melinda !!

Would give negative stars if I could
Would give negative stars if I could. I ordered 32 guillotine doors from this company. 30 of them were regular size and two of them were extra large. They are for a boarding kennel I am renovating and it is a construction site. I did not open the boxes when they arrived so I could keep everything together in one place.Upon installation I realized they made the mistake of not sending the slide bars for the extra large doors. No biggie...we all make mistakes and I figured I would call and they would more than happily fix their screw-up. I am now being told that I had 10 days to inspect the product- per the invoice...that I never received. They are now REFUSING to supply what I paid for. Don't give this crap company your business or your money.The doors are of no use without the slides...that they erroneously did not send. Kinda like buying a car that is suppose to have tires, and it arrives without them...it won't roll without them.SMH- what a horrible company with even worse customer service.

Want ripped off by an ideal pet door from here expensive and doesn't work worth a darn. Have sent complaints but no response. I bet they have had many on this piece of junk but they keep selling it.Totally unhappy with product but when I call I am told a 20% restock fee plus I must pay shipping. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer?

I don't know where the 7/10 4-star rating came from on this review page (0 reviews). This merchant will not accept returns or exchanges of anything that has been removed from the box, --even if brand new and dead on arrival, their shipping error (another's experience) or not as advertised. The 30-day return policy is useless except maybe for a wrong order. I had to dispute my credit card charge. Only the manufacturer would repair or replace if damaged, but I must pay shipping to return the product and return the substitute product they will send me to fill the hole in my wall left by the DOA/NAA product. Mine was not installable in certain circumstances not revealed in advertising.
