They had a great range of supplies, however the customer experience was not great. We were trying to get some assistance with fish and were met by a rude and disinterested sales associate who would not help give us any information and came with an attitude that she did not want to be there. Once we went downstairs to the cashier she was complaining and speaking about us to the rest of her team.
they fired me after 3 days for pointing out that their animal husbandry (3 ball pythons in poor condition with no humidity, functional heat source, and a single litterbox as a hide). being a snake owner for years and thinking this is what i was hired for, i was quite disappointed when they forced me to be a cashier given me mentioning that i am on disability from back problems and working that position in the past has worsened them. the management does not have the money to properly provide for the animals or pay employees a fair wage- when i worked at the location in Victoria, BC, there were max 3 employees working at anytime for a busy pet store.management told us "no time allowed off" was allowed in December, which i'm not sure is legal. there was also no training provided for the positions i was expected to work. then they did ye ol reliable, fired me because it "wasn't working out". Never late, never missed a shift, worked hard for that place because i believe in better animal welfare. nope. fired for no reason. meanwhile they are "desperate for employees". DONT WORK HERE.
Is taken your money, but don't send the product. Keep away from this company.They also calls themselves "Mega Vita" on Facebook. Don't order from there either.

This company charged me 32.99 for hand sanitiser during lockdown but I was desperate. They normally sell it for 9.99 and it is under £5 on other sites. When you profiteer on people’s misery you do not get repeat custom. I am not surprised they seem to have gone into administration!
This company charge £32.99 for hand sanitiser that they where selling at £9.99 prior to pandemic this is profiteering and I have reported them not only that the pump was broken on the bottle so did not work anyway. would never recommend this company they do not even answer emails when you reported to them an item was broken.
This company went into adminsration on the 6th July. They still took my order and mpney from my bank on the 24th July and I have received nothing, emails unanswerd and no contact numbers.
I ordered 3 bottles of Zidac hand sanitiser gel on 17th June (£9.29 per bottle) and am still waiting for them. I have emailed customer services twice but no reply. I had previously ordered two bottles at the beginning of lockdown when it was very difficult to get anywhere else and Mr Pets were charging £32 per bottle for the same product!!!!! Not impressed with the profiteering or the total lack of customer service.
Returned the goods AFTER having their customer service's approval and promise to refund. Sent it by HERMES courier, signed and received on 20/5. All proofs sent to Mr. Pets...... THREE TIMES. No response. Where is my refund?
DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have still not received my order from 16th January. No reply to my emails, then you send me out an email stating delivery on it's way, 2 months later, but still no product. Then you have the cheek to send me a review. I've lost £30. YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.I've also noticed you occasionally reply to some people's comments on here but still ignore mine.
9 weeks later. no product. the email I sent was finally replied to 2 weeks ago and no reply once again. Apparently looking for a 'proof of delivery'. Avoid, this is a complete scam.
Purchased a 5 litre container of hand sanitizer for £59.99. Delivered to me about 5 days after purchase - happy with that. However after opening the box I find a 500 ml bottle of hand gel!!!! Emailed them numerous times and no reply. No phone number to contact them either!! AVOID!!!
Shipment #000035343.I ordered 3x 200ml bottles of Zidac sanitiser on 6th May. The price was fair in the current climate, the shipping was included and my order arrived on 9th May. So far so good. Unfortunately only 2 bottles were sent. I immediately emailed Mr Pets and included a photo of the order I received. Five emails later I am still to recieve a reply. I appreciate they must be very busy and mistakes happen, what I don't appreciate is being ignored. A simple one line reply stating that the missing bottle will be sent would suffice. Very poor customer relations.
Ordered an overpriced hand sanitiser on the 18/04/20. Tracked it after not receiving and found on the DPD site that it had been 'Disposed of Leaking'. Contacted Mr Pets 7 times now via Email & Twitter with no response. They seem very keen on posting 5 star reviews on Twitter but not responding to complaints. Will never use again.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I have been chasing this company for a refund since the 21st of March. Surprisingly my emails are now going unanswered. It appears I am not alone, MrPets ... avoid, avoid, avoid.

I was impressed about the email that Mr Pets sent out regarding sanitiser. It was only late by a day which I think is brilliant considering the current crisis. I think previous negative reviews are very unfair. Bravo for the company on this move.
No Product but kept paymentWe ordered allot of hand sanitiser from Mr Pets and after a week or so was delivered but unfortunately we were closed on that day. We have tried to contact the company to organise re delivery but have had no response and it has been over 4 weeks and they still have our payment!!!!
Ordered 3 items only received 1.Only reply to emails over the last week seem to be automated telling me the order is now showing as delivered despite fully explaining the issue several times.If these reviews are monitored, please confirm dispatch/delivery date for the missing 2 items or offer a refund, next step is involving card fraud department to pursue.Order #000047354
I also have been charged £32 on my credit card for sanitizer. This also has not arrived. I will contact my ctedit card company if no one replies.
