Delivery dates not accurate at checkout
The product is great we use is daily at the construction site but... the shipping time given during check out was not correct, Item delivered weeks past the grantee date on the promised check out.

We had our pool furniture shrink-wrapped for the season, and this team went above and beyond. Not only were they professional and pleasant to work with, but they also helped move some of the furniture around to ensure the job was done right. Website was easy to navigate, price of product was just right, and it arrived quickly. I thought I purchased double sided weather- proofing tape, but that is my fault for not reading the description fully. It will still do what I need it to.

Inventory issue. Cost me more in the end.
I ordered the product I needed from your website and a few days later received an email and a call informing me that the product I ordered was not actually in stock. The person who called was very helpful in finding me the next closes item in stock to amend my order. However, I was disappointed to learn that the replacement product cost more and that I was being charged the difference. Most companies would accept that they made an error (in this case by not updating your inventory) and offer to honor the original purchase price while still replacing the item with the next most appropriate product.

Not for novices
Customer service was good as they had to pivot since they didn't have the wrap i ordered online. However, no instructions in the kit. Was left scouring youtube trying to find videos and instructions. Felt the wrap was too thin. Very little forgiveness between shrinking and burning thru the wrap. Had to patch a bunch of holes.

It was great to call in and have a live human take my order. The product was exactly what I wanted and worked great to wrap my boat. I was able to go to their office in PA and pick it up. Great company!
