Booked my flight a month in advance for them to cancel my flight 4 days before my trip. Then tried to up charge me $300+ more than the original ticket I paid. Also lied about how a supervisor would call me me back.
I would never give these guys a review but had to put one star just to write this. They are lying scammers and DO NOT GIVE YOU A REAL TICKET! I cancelled a flight and they said they would send a refund but never did.Thank God my credit card company refunded me back what the scammers took. They said that other people reported them as well. BEWARE!

I booked flights to Hawaii and tried to follow-up with Qantas Airlines. No such flight! I lost $1,630!! Definitely a scam. Shame on you!

You guys are full of deceit....you have 397 dollars of my money which should have been returned to my by the 18th of this month. I've talked to several people from your booking who told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks from when purchased on the 28th. My flight got canceled and was promised a full refund....I was told there was a mistake on your guys end which is why I've not gotten it and was promised it on the 18th of June. I hope you realize you are screwing with an active service member of the United States Army. If you are scamming me, that's a level of depravity that cannot be put into words....
I would rate MyFlightSearch.com a zero if I could. I googled Silver Airways and this site came up. The initial appearance looked like Silver Airways. Once I entered the information and made the payment, I realized that it was not Silver. When I had not received my ticket within 24 hours, I called to cancel. I was told that my credit card would be reimbursed. It did not. I called my credit card company and disputed it twice but my credit card company said that I need to provide proof that I cancelled. I did it over the phone so I have no proof. I also stated that I NEVER received my tickets. I filed with the Clark County Nevada State Attorney's office, the FTC. If enough of us file, then they will not get away with their continuous scams.Google "attorney general nevada complaint" and you can file on that site.
Booked May 2nd for a trip to Vegas on June 14th. Got an email on June 11th stating reservations were cancelled, a full refund will be made in 6-8 weeks. After calling customer service 5 times, because I was hung up on each time, for asking to speak to a supervisor. I managed to figure out the following. According to the customer service representatives there was a glitch on the day we made the reservation and all flights were cancelled. But for an extra 800.00 we can reschedule for the same time and dates. Translation: the flight was " booked to capacity"and lost our seats to someone who is willing to pay more. We received an email 20 minutes later, stating they have cancelled our reservation based on the agreement in our conversation and the refund is now being processed. First, nothing was agreed to because I was hung up on multiple times. I was not even swearing at them. Second, it to seconds for the funds to come out over a month ago, why is it going to take 6-8 weeks for the refund. 3-5 business days I get, but a month and a half?!? Avoid these charlatans, unless you want your money stollen
We booked flights and the credit card was billed over two months prior to the flight. The evening before the flight Spirit Airlines sent us an email saying that they were not paid for the tickets by Myflightsearch so they cancelled them. We rebooked for an additional $400 directly with Spirit. The myflightsearch person said we would be refunded no later than 60 days which has come and gone. Calls to the company have gone no where. Is there no agency that can hold them accountable? Is there no way to be prohibited from being able to sell tickets for airlines? Is anyone doing a class action suit against this company?
I'll make this as short as I can. Bought a ticket through myflightsearch.com for an American Airlines flight, paid by Credit card. An email was recv'd and said the flight was cancelled. We called for a refund and they said 2 wks for processing, then they said 1 month, than they said up to 3 months. Never recv'd a refund. We than called our credit card company reporting them as fraud and they are researching it. I think this site and others like it are all done by the same scammer(s). We did rebook thru American Airlines and all went well. BEWARE!!! I suggest if you use this service you will get scammed so write one letter to these agencies and explain the situation/scam: the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, FBI, Internet CrimeComplaint Center, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Complaints, Credit card agency; if you paid by credit.
They are total scammers! I booked a flight and bought cancellation insurance! I had to cancel the flight and I have called 3 times already and every time I give them my cancellation number and then they put me on hold for a long time and give me a different date that I will get my refund and I am still waiting. Now it is supposed to come May 24th but I don't expect to see it! I am out $650 :(
I had most disappointing experience with myflightsearch.com. It is a scam. When I tried to cancel my ticket I realized it was an invoice but no legitimate booking number. 1. I never received my e-ticket --they suggested it was in my junk/scam email.2. I bought the refundable booking insurance and when I tried to cancel my ticket without explaination they said it was non-refundable.3. Tried calling 3 times, and when I get an agent the line drops4. 100000% a SCAM. I click on the myflightsearch link on accident. Had typed in Silver Air and this was the site that came up, did not even realize I was not going to the Silver Airways site. (I totally take responsibility for my carelessness). Anyway, book the flight and my card was immediately charged. The big problem comes when I never receive my etickets. I called myflightsearch and asked, they assured me that I should receive them in a few days. Almost 3 weeks since I booked and about 15 days before the flight, I called and asked where my etickets were. I was told that before they could book the flight, the tickets went up over $1000. In the meantime, I was on Silver Airways direct site and flights for the same exact flight were still available and were right around the same price (maybe a couple dollars more) but certainly not $1000 more. I told them I would certainly not pay $1000 more for those tickets and that they need to credit my card. While I waited on the phone they sent me an email saying that they would process the credit. Now 45 days later, I still have not received the credited. Call again today and I am pretty sure the same guy I talked to all the other times (so it is probably just one guy running this whole scam) told me I would receive my credit in 15 days. When I asked him to send me another email regarding his last (empty) statement, he told me some other department would have to do that and when I pressed him for an email right away he hung up on me.I have filled a dispute with my credit card company and hope they can refund my money. I really hope enough people will file complaints and get this site shutdown, but I think these people are way too slick.
They cancel flights and make up reasons why the flight is full. The flight isn't full, I booked another flight on the same plane. This guy Dave is a ripoff artist. And they won't refund your money for 6-8 weeks

They’re a scam. I tried to book a flight using my credit back in September 2022. They said they could see the flight and asked em to hold while they book. Came back and said they no longer see the flight and they’ll just refund to the original payment method. I get an email stating the same. Weeks go by and I called to enquire and they said they needed my address as they would send a cheque. Months later and I still don’t have my refund. Why did they go against their own words? It’s just so sketchy. I’m always put on hold and then hung up on. The worst customer service, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me. No call. It’s now March 31, 2023 and I still have yet to get back the money they so quickly took from me. I see so many reviews the same. Can there be a class action towards this company for stealing from so many people? Do not purchase through this company. You will regret it.
