I bought a chocolate melanger from these back in June 2020. As I bought from a UK website with no warning of import I did not expect to incur any import costs. I contacted them and they said this was a mistake and that they agreed to reimburse the import costs if I made the payment. Despite many emails and them saying they were going to make the payment numerous times as of December 2020 they had not reimbursed me. They later also put limits on it saying that they would only reimburse me a maximum of 10% of the order - not communicated when I initially made the originally expenses payment. The product itself works well but disappointed how I was treated by them despite being very patient. I also tried to leave a review on their website to communicate this but didn't appear (I have tried again today as don't want people to be in the same situation as me). I have email proof to confirm all of the above.
