I’m very satisfied with the technical support I received. After my wireless mouse malfunctioned, the technician checked the drivers and cleaned the system. Although no specific fault was found, the issue was resolved—likely just a minor glitch—and my mouse has worked perfectly since.

No Longer a Good Service
I have used this service for years and was very happy. However, I have tried to reach them multiple times in the last few months and have had to leave messages that were never returned. I finally emailed customer service to cancel my subscription. They call me immediately and said they were having problems with their phones. For four months? Right.

This is the second day I have tried to get support from My Phone "SUPPORT." I have left messages due to "ALLEGED" high call volume!!! This is unacceptable customer service!!! Evidently you have a staff shortage that has not been addressed!!! If this kind of customer service persists I will "CANCEL" my service!!!

New Computer Set-up
Our old computer stopped working, so my husband bought a computer from Walmart. We really did not know how to get stated with the new lap top. Steve spent several hours working on it, then gave up.We have had My Phone Support for a decade now and have found them patient, competent and trustworthy. I called and set up an appointment to work with a tech on my schedule. After an hour we had our emails, our banking, and all the icons right on the desktop.We love the service and trust them to help when ever we need them. They are worth every penny we pay them!
