Disappointing
I have just had a carpet fitted to my hall and stairs. February 2021 despite ringing several times 2 small jobs left to do HAVE NOT BEEN DONE.

The floor work was done carefully
The floor work was done carefully, with good attention to detail, but also as expeditiously as possible, essentially in one day. The three-person crewworked very well together, and they were courteous as well. They were very appreciative of the ample amount of bottled water I supplied to themon a day that was warm, even though the condominium is wellair-conditioned.They were also courteous.They came back the following day for a quickbut important finish to the job. They showed up on time and did good…
They showed up on time and did good work in the time they said. When I had a trouble spot on the hardwood floors they refinished, they quickly fixed the area and my floors look beautiful. I’s definitely use them again!

The communication with Nash Carper One…
The communication with Nash Carper One Floor and Home was not good. Because I was working with a contractor they did not communicate me, even as far as to let me know what day and times of installation. The floors however are very nice and the installation team was fantastic.

Excellent service with great attention to detail in repairing a partially damaged hardwood floor and blending in the stain to match the existing wood floors. Top marks for Nash!

Good carpet, below average communication
We really like the finished product, but there were some communication issues along the way that provided some frustration. When our carpet was initially installed, there was a light fixture that was left broken (but had been partially cleaned up) and we weren't told about it. In addition, they didn't have enough carpet for a side project we had discussed and didn't call us to tell us that (we had to figure it out when we came in the house). Finally, we were originally told that when they did receive the additional carpet for the side project that they would call us. Two and a half weeks went by and we finally called them (no one called us) and apparently they had had the carpet sitting around their office for a while. Once we had learned that, we tried to find out a day in advance that they could come out and install it and we finally heard back that they could install it the next day at an inconvenient time. They are very pleasant and the finished product was great, but communication was lacking when things went wrong.

Nash was responsive and much less expensive than the other 2 bids I received for the job. The installers were quick, competent and polite. The finished product was great. Highly recommended!

Such a great company. They moved all furniture (even had to dissemble something and put back together), no mess. Very professional. Highly recommend! Great price!Nash brothers are 5 star!

A random act of kindness I experienced from Nash Carpet One Floor & Home
I never bought anything from this store but I would like to share what I've experienced from one of the store owners named Chris yesterday afternoon. I had bought a piece of carpet runner from Home Depot to cover the square area of the stairway in my house because my 9 years old Tibetan Terrier was having a hard time going up and down the slippery non-carpeted stairway. I took the runner to a persian carpet store to if they can sewn/stiched up the two loose sides of the runner since they were cut up from the roll. The store owner said, they only provide that service for the people who buy their expensive persian carpet. So, I found an upholstery store and they said they don't do carpets but they can do it for a fee which I thought was too much, which was almost the three times the amount the price of the carpet piece. So I walked out of the store in disappointment. Then, I saw Nash Carpet One Floor & Home store. I didn't expect to get any result, but I wanted to give it a try before going back home for dinner. I showed the little piece of carpet runner and told the store owner what I needed. The store owner listened to me and said he can't do it himself but he knows someone who works for him who can help me!!! Then, he told me where to go to find this person and he would call this person to expect me. I couldn't believe his words, his kindness, his generosity!!! He gave me the direction to where I can find this person who can sew up the loose sides of my carpet runner. I didn't want to act like I got all the information when I know that I am bad at remembering directions. So I told him I am not smart enough remember and I grabbed a piece of paper on the counter and wrote down the direction. I found the place where Chris Nash told me to, a few blocks away from the showroom, and there was a person name Willie who received me, telling me that Nash had called for me. I waited about 30 min. right there in the office while Wille was working on my carpet runner. I wanted to give Willie $20.00 as a token of my appreciation but he insisted that it was okay. I came home and told my husband about what had happened and we both couldn't believe that there are still really really nice people in the world, like Chris Nash, and also Willie. I had never purchased anything from Nash Carpet One Floor & Home before, but if the people who own and work at this place have this kind of integrity and are kind-hearted people, and if they treat non-customers this nicely, I can imagine what wonderful experience you will have as a customer of this store!, I highly highly recommend this store!Thank you Chris and good luck to your family business~

Kitchen floor replacement
Very professional job. The workmen and worklady showed up early and worked very hard during the day. They also cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Nash to anyone. Thank you!

excellent service to repair water-damaged flooring
The repair to my parquet flooring was complicated. First new tiles to match existing floor tiles had to be especially manufactured, theninstalled and finally stained to match existing flooring -- a process that took months. Special thanks to Eddie who patiently worked on the installation and finishing.

Chris Nash was professional and very helpful. Can't say enough about Nelson and his crew. Working in a small space, they accomplished the installation in 2 1/2 days as promised. My floor looks exactly like I thought it would, only better. I would highly recommend Nash Floors, and if you can, request Nelson.
