Dynamic Pricing sucks
Apparently, National Express uses a dynamic pricing model. My three friends and I went online at more-or-less the same time to book a bus to heathrow. The price jumped from £13.70 to £28 within a minute, I guess because they suddenly thought they could make lots of money off us. dynamic pricing sucks. We had the last laugh though we got a taxi instead.

8.5-10 hours journey from Bournemouth to Plymouth
Why isn’t there a coach from Bournemouth to Plymouth anymore?? It took us 8.5 hours from Bournemouth to London Heathrow then Heathrow to Plymouth going and 10 hours to return from Plymouth to London Victoria then Victoria to Bournemouth. (2.5 hour car journey) Extremely well used service 035 personally I used very regularly for over 35 years was stopped during Covid lock down and not reinstated. Used by Bournemouth University and Poole students. Always busy whatever day of the week, absolutely doesn’t make sense. I can’t even get a coach or a bus to Exeter now and the trains are just as difficult with 4 changes to have to negotiate. Why not??? Why is it to hard for people like me to travel to visit my family and friends??

Excellent service got on at Birmingham coach station, my luggage was safely put in luggage holder, when I reached my destination (Ringwood) by the time I got off the coach my suitcase was ready for me

Excellent customer service with very helpful staff. Bus drivers polite however for the first time ever the bus was very smelly on boarding. The floor was damp with dirty foot marks and smelled as if a dirty urine soaked mop had been used. As I say this is the first time ever I have experienced such a dirty bus.
