Veronica was wonderful. I had messed up my first order and she reached out to me. After I had difficulties with the app a second time she reached out again to make sure it had worked. I was still having difficulties so she took extra steps to assist me. Looking forward to the classes!

I ordered a gift for my Mom and the wrong item was delivered. The response time was very fast when I reached out and they resolved everything just as quickly. Their customer service alone (shout out to Veronica!) has gained them a new customer.
This was my second training. The first training on Bowen Therapy Advanced was quite lacking in lesson time and course manual documentation. This second course on BioDynamic Craniosacral Therapy was provided having met; 1. the training time advertised, 2. course documentation/ manual matched the presented material, 3. video lesson contentNAT Global Campus Customer Service was very helpful and made sure I had the chance to have a satisfying education experience, allowing me to try another learning. I only did one course, so far, it was very easy understandable,was very interesting and i have learned a lot. I'm planning to take another class.

The courses are well constructed. A few feel like it's an hour of repeat, like on YouTube when they're working to get more content by restating the same thing over and over. Maybe that's how some people need the material.

My best experience ever
Originally booked 2 courses on a 2 for 1 deal. Offer stated the second course cost would be removed on checkout. This did not happen so charged full cost. Contacted the company via the email address supplied on the invoice to query, received no reply after two weeks. Re contacted them again, still no response after a further three days.
It was easy to get the information from experienced facilitators and platform.

I had already taken an in person prenatal course, but wanted a touchup. The course material here reinforced everything I learned and added to my perspective. I will definitely take more courses with them and recommend them highly.
It was visually informative. The instructors hands on demonstrations were great. The workbook can be downloaded and was full of valuable information. The instructor was well educated on the topic and I could tell he wanted us to succeed. The test was pertinent to our learning and has a review to make corrections. I like that kind of learning.
