Our experience with Ooni Pizza Ovens has been absolutely outstanding! Honestly, we never expected to be this impressed by the quality of a pizza oven.We decided on the larger gas-powered model, and we have nothing but positive things to say. The pizzas cook incredibly fast, come out perfectly baked, and most importantly, evenly cooked every single time. They are ready in just minutes and taste like they were made in a professional restaurant.This oven is perfect for private use, but it is also more than suitable for professional or hospitality settings. One of the features we appreciate most is its mobility — the unit is easy to transport and can be set up and used virtually anywhere without any hassle.The service and shipping were excellent as well — fast, reliable, and highly professional.We can highly recommend it!

We've had a great time with this oven, and I'm so impressed with it and the dough. In fact, I'd recommend getting used to making pizza with their dough before trying to make your own. When I first began using the oven, the thermometer wasn't working. I notified customer service, and they responded quickly and sent me a new part to resolve the issue. Very impressed with their customer service.

Once I realized it was, I contacted Ooni and after providing them some basic information, I was able to get the part identified and shipped to me with tremendous efficiency and no cost. We love our Ooni pizza oven but unfortunately the pizza stone broke about 8 months after we started using it. I contacted Ooni and they responded the same day and sent me a replacement pizza stone. Super easy process. Amazing customer service!

I presented Ooni Customer Service Team with a problem with my new Ooni bread mixer. After just a few exchanges via email, the problem was solved and Ooni is sending me a new mixer. I will be securing the 5 year warranty for the new mixer coming. While I am a little disappointed in the mixer problem so early on, I am very happy with the quick turn around with customer service and prompt replacement.

I have had an Ooni pizza oven for over 5 years. It's really excellent. But in that time, a fault developed with it which I didn't get around to dealing with within the warranty period. When I contacted them this week, they were extremely quick and helpful in responding and have already sent me out a replacement part which should keep me cooking for some time to come. Very kindly they also sent it out at no cost to me.

Contacted Ooni through their email support, sent photos explained situation and within four days received a brand new stone at no charge to us couldn't ask for better service thanks guys😃

Customer service was the best. Camille, Molly , Fiona and Alicia. I was having many issues with the large modular table and the entire staff was able to rectify the situation by replacing all the damaged parts. It was highly recommended to purchase the cover which just came out so that the table will be protected from the weather. Thank you to all that helped!
