I love the live courses on cutting-edge topics. Also, the online platform and the app have improved a lot over the past few years, now offering the highly requested feature of earning skill badges.Their support is always responsive, competent, and friendly.
Poor website. Unable to sign up, The verification code feature does not work after numerous attempts.
I Experienced rude comments from a presenter, while asking serious questions on some of their live courses.I normally don't do anything about it, but because I experienced it more than once from the same presenter I tried contacting oreilly support, which gave me unserious reply back.Their content is more expensive than other places, so at least they can be more professional would help a little.Unfortunately, oreilly responded back that they where trying to give a general response back, but it was clearly addressed specifically to me and noone else on that call. So that's clearly not true
It isn't ethical of companies to not provide an easy method of deleting your account.
Search inside books is broken. It is great to have access to thousands of great books. I really like that. However, when searching inside books the result list is filled with erroneous hits and links don't work most of the time. I reported the problems I've seen with searching a couple of times during the past months, but nothing has improved.
