The back brace was missing the shoulder straps rendering the product useless. I tried contacting the company who asked to see a picture. I sent the picture January 9th and still have not heard back!
High quality hospital grade transfer chair
Reasonably priced, but can not be adjusted for anything beyond a 90 degree angle. Could be fixed with a shorter strap or a longer bit of velcro.

The device does help offload the knee. The straps are cumbersome and are not easy to make the perfect fit. But thankful to get help with a advanced DJD condition
The website went down and I was unabke to get any response from the team after reaching out. It is quite disappointing that they sent the wrong product and didn't offer support for that.

Received broken cervical collar. Notified them of problem and was asked for photos which I supplied. They have ghosted me on all efforts to get return authorization and refund. They clipped me for $60-beware!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. Being able to pay flat price for 35" straps even though the 13" ones are listed. Also how fast I was able to get them. BTW my brace fits much more comfortably THANK YOU!
