It use to be great! I’ve used passpack for years. Now it is almost impossible to use on an iPhone. My screen is not big enough and I have a iPhone max. It is not user friendly now. I will be looking for a new password manager stop fixing things that are not broken!
I have been using Passpack since 2012. They not once have had any major security breaches to my knowledge. They weren't foolish enough to provide a browser plugin like some other password manager sites I could name and they have been extremely reliable. I am a paying customer for years now.
I like the ease of use and cost. I rarely need support but when I do the response is very fast.
Excellent service; As a paid subscriber, I would just like to be able to share passwords with my non-paid family members.Also - can you make a phone app?
Initially, free version was awesome. Though they are taking payment, quality of system degraded terrifically. You can't edit single note. You have to delete and add new. No easy view. I am having this issue for long, but ignored it. But, now it is more painful. Also, there is no support option either where we raise our concerns. So i am rating it worst as it will not give value to money that you are paying.

Easy to use, easy to access and share passwords. The notes feature is useful for storing additional info about websites and accounts. Password generation is also handy. And I like that Passpack encrypts my data before it goes back to the server.
