Five Star Service & Support
I want to give a huge thanks to Adrian from Red Kite cycles for getting me out of a sticky wicket and liaising with Pedal Power Loughborough in order for me at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon to travel from Lincoln and pick up a (non off the shelf) part, from a brand new bike, to replace my front wheel skewer which had seized on the bike and snapped in trying to get out! Talk of emergencies as we had a ferry to catch from Hull to Rotterdam Holland that evening, with gates closing at 7pm. I got to pedal power and asked how much, they gave me the part saying “forgot about it, it’s sorted £, you’ve got to get going, you have a ferry to catch!” We arrived with the part and 45 minutes to spare.Now time to relax before getting up tomorrow to take part in the 11 cities one day cycling event in Holland.fietselfstedentocht, 🇳🇱So to Adrian at Red Kite Cycles, Solihull and Pedal Power, Loughborough I cannot sing your praises highly enough!5 star service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from both of you and you deserve much praise and plaudits!THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Great service provided
I recently had an a minor accident on my my Canyon Aeroad road bike. After the accident I noticed my saddle was tilted upwards. I tried to resolve this myself but the inner seat post clamps were jammed on and could not be removed. I took the seat post to Halfords and they were unable to resolve and recommended i take to pedal power, which is what I did. Thank you so much to Tom at Pedal Power for for persevering with a difficult issue and freeing the jammed seat post inner clamp and resolving the issue. I thought it was a lost cause and had to buy a new seat post for £ 200. This is a great bike store offering a good service and saved me so much money.

Great local bicycle shop
Everything you could want from a bicycle shop. OK, it seems to be all Trek and the website isn't the best but the service is excellent, the staff are friendly, knowledgable and professional and the aftersales is great. Keep up the good work!
