I have ordered from them in the past and was happy however, I recently placed an order that never shipped. I have emailed the company twice and left a voicemail with no reply to any of my attempts to reach them. I have seen similar reviews so I have disputed the charge since they took my funds immediately. Very unprofessional.
Shopping at PetSwag has been a joy. As a dog lover, their range of dog-centric gifts and accessories resonated with me. It's wonderful to have a dedicated place to find high-quality, dog-themed products that bring a smile to my face and tail wags to my pup.
The harness is good but it is just too big for my dog. I would like a refund, minus the name plate, please.
This is a scam. The product is absolute junk. We received the harness and immediately reached out since it looked like it was worth about $2. The owner immediately replied and said there was a new harness model and it would be shipped out immediately. That was a month ago. No response, no new harness and no refund. I turned it over to the credit card company.
Extremely poor service! I ordered an interactive dog ball on 11/07/22 for a Christmas present. Ordered plenty early for this. I used PayPal since I hadn’t purchased from this company prior to this. I contacted the company myself & thru PayPal several times before Xmas & now after. Each time I get the standard “ congratulations, it’s on the way” reply email but the product never arrives. This AM I contacted them again, for the fifth time per email. This time, I no longer care about the ball but want my $21.98 refunded ASAP. Still doubtful they will follow through & I will have to take further action. Please don’t waste your money on this scam.
I was scammed from another site with a very similar name. The item never came and there is no way to get through to them. (This site did reach out and let me know.) The other site looks legit but when your order does not arrive, the links to file a claim are not working. Can’t even leave a review there.
Bad customer service! I got my items a month later! I was told 2 weeks after my order didn't ship. I couldn't get a refund to just send it back when it arrives.
Wow, quite surprised by all the negative reviews that I'm now just reading after making my purchase. No issues with receipt of product and I have to say that other than the personalization consisting of Velcro attached name/phone number strips, the harness itself is a vast improvement over any I've purchased before. My dog behaves very differently while walking. All the gagging and coughing when pulling is gone. Great product if you can get past the purported customer service issues.
Scammers I ordered a small harness for my dog they sent me a harness for a medium dog! I paid for shipping to return it! 3 months later still no nothing scammers

Do not buy from them! My harness was way too small and they said I could exchange it. So I had to send them pictures of my dog with the harness on and then I returned the harness. No new harness and no return. This Bozo named Chris McNeary fromthere who strung me along with your new harness is on its way to you should receive it soon and due to covid orders are taking longer. They are the worst. I bought a harness, and it don't fit my dog. They advertise up to 29 pounds, my dog is only 23 pounds.PetSwag, wants me to pay for the return.This is a scam. don't order from this people
I wanted the harness to work so bad. I was excited when I received yesterday. I ordered the XXL for my Rottweiler and it would not fit around his neck and could not snap around the chest. Please do not waste your money.

I ordered two small harnesses for my pugs who weighed 22 pounds each. The small sizes were supposed to fit up to 30 pound dogs. Both harnesses were way too tight. I sent them back to the address they provided for returns. Apparently that address does not exist. They were returned to me. This company is a scam. I did report them to the Better Business Bureau
My dogs harness broke after a month. I emailed the company and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The worst!
Ordered a dog Personalized No Pull Dog Harness. They sent me a USPS tracking number that was shipped from Renton, Wa., it took 4 days for the package to be picked up. When the package finally arrived it was some kind of dress that is hard to describe and I immediately send them and e-mail requesting they send the right item or give me my money back. I gave them time to reply, but have not heard from them. Apparently they are ripping people off and I will be sending a e-mail to the BBB to re[port them.

Like other reviews said, the one piece of clothing was way off, not even close to the measurements on their site. I tried to contact them for a return, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Their website is a scam site, they have some fake address in both NY and CA, but are located in China. They also didn't refund my money for items that were out of stock. I then took up a complaint with PayPal, and Doggyswag contacted me (after hearing nothing for weeks), asking that I withdraw my complaint. Of course I said no, called them a scam site, and they said "they can't refund my money, unless I drop my claim with PayPal" HA! What a joke.Stay away, run as fast as you can.
Trouble with service, they do not response to emails regarding returns. There is NO PHONE NUMBER. THE FAKE NUMBERS ON LINE GOES TO SOME SURVEY!! Good luck trying to return an item or exchanging it for the correct size because they don't give you a return address or any information in the post and just don't respond!!!!! Very disappointed. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ALSO THE DOG HARNESS IS A BAD DESIGN AND CHOKES OUR DOG. That's why was trying to return it. Still NO answer from an email and no phone contact number. So out $40. I guess?
Have tried multiple times to contact company to return the dog harness as the harness pulls off my small dog easily leaving me with a run away Lhasa. Have not received a return email or contact on how to return this item.
