mislabelled seeds
ordered a specific blue statice seed packet, they were all the usual purple variety...frustrating when you can't trust the seeds your nursing to life for months!won't be taking the risk again with this company

As always - prompt delivery. The seed packets have a 2 or 3 year sow by date unlike other company’s that increasingly can give only a few months till expiry date. Plus a wonderful selection of varieties. Thank you.

Good quality seeds
I have found my experience with Plants of Distinction to be positive, contrary to previous reviews. (Which I hadn’t read before ordering with them, thankfully as I may have reconsidered) Their seeds are on the more expensive side, however I’m willing to pay more for good quality seeds. I ordered 3 x different varieties of lisianthus which came pelleted for easy handling, and I’ve had around 50% germination after 10 days since sowing (I expect this to increase within the next 24 hours to around 75%). Would order from this company again.

I have been very patient but after…
I have been very patient but after placing an order for £25 in December 2023 and still did not hear anything from them I sent an email today 30th April to ask to send the seeds. Will see what will happen....

Couple of Issues but Speedily Resolved
Had Royal Mail delivery issues (parcel went missing) which was resolved super speedily by replacements being sent out almost immediately, and then had some germination issues, which was also resolved very quickly by the company. All in all, could not fault them, brilliant customer service! I would order again from them, no hesitation!!

Absolute shower of crap
Absolute shower of rubbish…. I paid a tenner for 2 plants, all I got was 2 tiny packets of seeds. MISADVERTISED!! DO NOT ORDER FROM FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY

Removed from getting catalouge for complaining…
Ordered some seeds on 19th May still not arrived on 31st May so I phoned up to complain and was told to buy of Amazon if I needed them faster and was informed I would be removed from their seed catalogue list for daring to complain I would give zero stars if I could

Cucumber seeds
I bought some cucumber seeds. There were 6 seeds and only one germinated. I rang the company and the next day I received a packet of replacement seeds with no charge. Amazing service. Would recommend

Low quality seed
Order some tomato seed and two varieties of cucumber. Only of each cucumber variety has germinated snd around 4 tomatoes. All grown carefully in a propagator eoth some old see from last year - the old seed has done great. I felt that I was buying a higher quality product but it seems the opposite is true.

Poor Communication - no support / Status
I placed an online order on 23rd of last month for Belfast delivery (for a friend). Since then there is no update on the order. portal showing 'Shipped' no confirmation email or message on contact number. wrote them email 4 times till now, no reply.Tried contacting the number which they mentioned on website, no one pick up the call.Horrible service.On top of that, no way to cancel the order except calling their number which no one picks :(

Missing an item and yet to receive it.
I put an online order for around 16 packs of seeds, took a while to be delivered via Royal Mail, roughly a week. I checked my order and noticed I was missing a packet of seeds. Contacted them saying I would like the seeds still and they responded that they were sorry and the seeds had been sent. Over a week later and still haven’t received them. I’ve contacted them again to ask where they are.

I contacted this company with a query. I was telephoned in less than 24 hours and the query was sorted out without any hassle and in a most pleasant manner. In terms of customer service that is outstanding! And I wish a few more companies had the same level of service.

Unfullfilled order
I made an order for the first time of using this company. The order arrived in goods time, well packaged with some helpful notes.The most expensive items, two begonias were marked to follow. Four weeks later and two unanswered emails nothing. Not a good indictment for Plants of Distinction perhaps this might come to the attention of the "Customers Service" department.Since posting the review I have received contact from Plants of Distinction in regard to the above which will be resolved. I will review once again on receipt of completion of the order.

What a rip off
I made the mistake of buying all my annual seeds and what a rip off. One packet had 3 seeds another just dust. There has been very poor germination on some of the others. I do not believe the date on the packets. Avoid these people

Fast service!
I ordered 5 varieties and they have all started to germinate within 14 days. They arrived surprisingly quickly. My only criticism is that there was no email to confirm my order.Note to Trustpilot's "advanced software to detect suspicious reviews": this is a genuine review, please do not delete it!

Quick and efficient
Quick and efficient. Good packaging of seeds and good quality. Bought some seeds last year just in time before lockdown and just had some delivered this year again - planning in advance this time! Thank you, will definitely buy again!
