I have been using Podbean for over ten years, to publish church services, once a week. Podbean's process is smooth and reliable. I have limited familiarity with computers and posting. Podbean makes the process easy, and has quickly answered any questions I had.
I switched to Podbean because it mirrored the simple workflow I had with a platform called Swell (which is no longer in service). I record only with my phone, so I needed a UI that I could feel comfortable navigating. Podbean has all the features I had with the previous platform and more! One of my favorite aspects is being able to embed my entire podcast on my website - it looks great, and users can see all the episodes in one place without downloading anything. Customer service is quick and friendly throughout the setup process or anytime I have questions. If you have a podcast, you need Podbean!
I’ve been with Podbean for 5 1/2 years. When I began podcasting I knew nothing. However, after researching all the podcasting companies I went out on a limb with Podbean. Honestly, since that first day I’ve never looked back. The Support Team is second to none. You as a podcaster or technician are not just a number—you are an individual who from time to time might run up against an issue you are not capable of handling yourself. That’s where the Support Team is always on standby for any situation they can help you solve. Their replies are in such a way that you just follow the steps shared with you and never waver— instead follow their wisdom and expertise to get back on track. I’m one grateful podcaster for Podbean. Just give them a chance to work with you. I think you’ll agree!
I started a new podcast this month and knew very little about the setup required. Podbean was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and kind. I highly recommend the platform and the customer service that comes along with it :)
Thinking that it was an App and I would never hear back I was very impressed at how quickly I got a reply and how helpful it was. It means a great deal, because I spend hours while driving ans working listening to PodBean. I also recommend to friends all the time.

Podbean kept the solution very simple, which was just what I needed. And they responded in quick time. Very impressive. Their instructions and guidance was exemplary in my opinion. I joined another podcast platform before podbean and the difference is clear that I make the right decision to change platforms
I haven't used the platform extensively however I did have to deal with their customer support on the matter of a copyright infringement. They were professional, prompt, and thorough, with good communication.
I'm new to the Podbean platform and as such, as I navigate around the platform, I have raised a number of support tickets. Honestly, astounded and the speed of response. Not only that - the detail and professionalism of the responses is incredible! Well done Podbean Team!
Could not figure out program. Said is was all in one easy to use for beginners. That's no true. After two hours of nothing but frustration. I wrote them and asked to cancel and get a full refund like their website or internet said and was told NO REFUNDS. Cancel before the next month or they will continue to take money out! I feel that this is unethical and they should be investigated for fraud!
I have used Podbean for several years because it's free, it has good/easy-to-use features, the number of problems is minimal, and when there is a problem, customer service is very prompt. Sometimes, a podcast will not update properly to display the new episodes, and when I contact the company about this issue, they resolve it promptly, usually on the same day.
to add insult to injury, after my review they asked for further details, I sent them as requested, and they disappeared again :Dnow I read that they're based in las vegas... well, this says a lot :D ;)#no250 venezuela make us dream!
I signed up, but the emails were irritating and irrelevant to me. It then took my precious time to unsubscribe from the buggers! 3 times, failed. I had to get in touch with the support team and cancel my account to stop them from emailing me. I can get (and make) podcasts elsewhere, thank you 🤬😤
