Horrible experience and customer service
I ordered $200 dollars of juices and PUR choose Fedex to deliver them. FedEx required a signature and I was not home so the juices spoiled. I contacted PUR via emai (as they dont take calls) and they told me it was not their fault I had to deal with Fedex. They simply could have replaced the order as I am a first time customer. Also the packaging was not adequate to keep the juices cold or frozen. You should try a better brand like RAW or others.

They made it right
I had received spoiled juices, not by the fault of PUR, likely got too hot during transit. But I was eventually able to receive a replacement, not just on the spoiled juices but the entire box. Thank you for your generosity and dedication to making it right!

Best tasting juices! Made me feel great!
The BEST tasting juices with the BEST customer service! Also, the cleanse made me feel so good, detoxed, and refreshed. Lost the stubborn weight as well. They always help me out when in need, and I will continue purchasing often! Not enough good things to say about PUR.

Terrible customer service
Got the first delivery and it was great. The second time the package was not delivered to the correct address. Fed Ex showed a delivery picture of a different location. In order to get a refund I had to wait a week to submit a claim where I was asked to share a photo I'd and a selfie picture. Great product, unfortunately terrible customer service. I absolutely did not receive the package. I did see the photo from Fed Ex. It was not a photo of my door. It was at a mailbox that I have no idea where it's location was. It's not my mailbox! And no, I didn't get a refund because I refuse to send over a photo of my ID and a selfie picture. Why in the world is that required to get a refund or replacement?

Great taste and healthy!
Juices were delivered quickly and were frozen. I had a commitment a couple of days after delivery so I decided to begin my cleanse the following day. I am currently on day 3. I ordered the 7 day Powerhouse Cleanse and I also ordered 5 days of the wellness shots. They taste amazing! I've done cleanses before with other companies and I felt like i would miss the cashew milk for the evening - this one has one called Choco and I'm not really a fan of chocolate. However, it was amazing! And the coffee plus one to start my day is perfect as well. Highly recommend.

The cleanse was incredibly effective…
The cleanse was incredibly effective and brought noticeable improvements to my well-being. The bloating I experienced beforehand was completely alleviated, and I observed a significant enhancement in my skin's brightness. A small tip for those considering this cleanse: it may be beneficial to consume the celery kick juice in the morning to get it out of the way, as it was the least enjoyable part of the regimen for me personally. It often took me an hour to finish it due to its taste, which I didn't find as appealing as the others. However, it's worth noting that my boyfriend had a different experience and actually liked it. Overall, each juice, with the exception of the celery kick, was delightful and delicious.

It’s not even about losing weight for me. I have lost a few pounds though. The most important thing is, I feel healthy and great! I like the taste of the juices and it’s become a very nice daily way of eating. I have my juices all day and then a nice dinner. I feel great!

I decided to go on a juice cleanse…
I decided to go on a juice cleanse before my trip to Mexico. Instead of doing 3-days, I only did 2-days because I had to travel into the office. Although I did feel hungry at some points, the cleanse was manageable. I ended up losing 4 lbs on the cleanse.

We love PUR juices
We love PUR juices! We don’t love how the product is shipped. Exterior cardboard box is often damaged, staples popped out, corners crushed, etc. Haphazard placement of frozen juice bottles inside insulated bag with leaking gel freezer packs leaves a big mess. PUR does offer a reusable shipping cooler but the process of returning it for reuse is unclear-not an option for us as we live on the road. Improved shipping method for your excellent products would be appreciated. Thank you!

Day 2 and so far it’s amazing
Day 2 and so far it’s amazing. I did the signature cleanse last year and i loved it. This protein cleanse is even better the flavors are delicious! I would and have recommended this cleanse to anyone and everyone!
