Poor service, non existing professionalism
Their employees give poor professionalism to say the least. They shortlisted me for a position I had applied to in Zürich (fabiola Miranda was the name of the person who spoke to me on the phone), so she called me and out of the blue she stopped the call faking the need to drop urgently to another call. “Can I call you back like in 40 min?” - never heard from her again.This is the poorest, the most ridiculous and for sure the least professional way of rejecting a person I’ve ever seen in my entire life, not even counting that I couldn’t even finish my sentences, so I guess during the call she realized that she called me by mistake. And to finish the story beautifully, I sent her a message on LinkedIn (she had requested a connection) the day after telling her that I had waited for her to call me back —> ghosted. I have no words…

I can see others have had problems, I felt very mislead and the information I was given did not match the work i was too do or the time period. I had to do a data request to get to the bottom of what really happened.

An agency advertising landline numbers which aren't answered
This company's landline numbers have not been in use for over 2 years and they still advertise the numbers online and display them in email signatures, including when they DON'T include a mobile number. So you have no option but to try a landline they are not going to answer! They do not respond to web messages or emails alerting them to any problems. They are just not interested.It is a challenge to get through to staff and it appears that this suits them because they want to control how you contact them and when they respond. It's not only frustrating, it's very unprofessional.They have no problem contacting you under the guise of a general chat about work opportunities when what they actually want is to elicit information about your contacts from previous contract roles. They're not the only agency who do this, however it's poor practice and doesn't build trust.This company could be so much better and it's a shame for those employees who have a good approach.

What’s up with Real Staffing?Called around 2pm and at 3:30pm today (15/12/2023) to speak to someone, all I got was a message saying “their offices are now closed, business hours are from 8:30am & 5:30pm”. Do not understand how the office is closed during their business hours as quoted? Is there no help desk or live chat?This is scary

This is a great company and they will be friendly towards you until it's time to get paid, then you will unfortunately stop hearing from them.I had been working with them for 2 months in 2019 and they haven't paid me and still haven't responded to my contact attempts.
