Fantastic experience at the Bond Street store for a repair, quality products and quality repairs (BA damaged luggage). Can't recommend highly enough.
RIMOWA products look great are manufactured to a very high specification. Not only do they work well, they are also guaranteed for life, so it is an 1 off purchase which makes the price worthwhile.

So far extremely dissatisfied. I ordered the pink phone case for my iPhone 17 pro max. Arrived a week ago and has gone an awful orange colour all around the case. for the price this is terrible! Do not waste your money. I have also tried to contact customer service but am yet to hear back...

I'm extremely disappointed with my Rimowa experience. Before purchasing my suitcase, the sales agent enthusiastically assured me that any airline damage would be easy to get fixed. This was a major selling point for such a high-ticket item, and I felt confident in my investment.Unfortunately, when an airline damaged the leather handle on my suitcase, I returned to the store only to be told they only cover mechanical damages—not cosmetic ones. This critical detail was never mentioned during my purchase, and I feel completely misled.For a luxury brand at this price point, I expected both transparency and comprehensive after-sales support. Instead, I'm left with a damaged suitcase and the feeling that I was duped by a sales pitch that didn't align with the actual warranty terms.This experience has been unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I will not be purchasing from Rimowa again and cannot recommend this brand to others based on how this situation was handled.
Amazing end to end
Back in 2022 I bought the original cabin and the classic cabin for my partner and myself. Both luggages have been great companions on many trips since then. Rimowa makes simply timeless icons - made in Germany at its best!
Great suitcase. Love the colour. Delivery was very quick .Only negative is they are much dearer in UK than Europe so if planning a trip and want a Rimowa treat yourself abroad
I’ve been a loyal Rimowa customer for years and own several suitcases, so I know what good service looks like. My experience with the London New Bond Street store on 26 January 2026 has completely changed my view of the brand – especially compared to my visit to the same store just 7 months earlier in June 2025.Previous visit (June 2025): I brought in two suitcases with similar issues (wheels and locks). The staff attitude was impeccable. They proactively inspected everything, suggested straightening bent frames and replacing rivets on the wheelbase, and only charged me for the most expensive part (the lock). I happily paid for the repairs but felt genuinely taken care of and valued as a customer.This visit (26 Jan 2026): I brought in two suitcases again: one with a broken lock and slightly bent frame, the other with a broken wheel and slightly bent frame, all clearly visible damage. The staff member kept asking “what’s wrong with it?” repeatedly, not to understand the problems but to make sure every defect was treated as a separate chargeable item.I was surprised when they suggested I could take at least one suitcase immediately. Great in theory, but then I’d have to schlepp around a large trunk for the rest of the day until the second was ready. I asked if I could leave both until the second was finished. They reluctantly allowed me to leave the two suitcases for 1.5–2 hours so I could go to lunch without the large trunks. The overall attitude made it clear this was an inconvenience rather than normal customer service for a premium brand.When I returned, I paid £110 for the work on both suitcases (lock on one, wheel on the other), I had no problem paying for the actual repairs. The frames were still slightly bent on both, and nobody took the initiative to inspect them properly or offer to straighten them (unlike June). When I said the service was not up to standard, the person processing payment simply handed me the receipt. When I pointed out he hadn’t even reacted to my feedback, he said he had listened but chose not to respond.What really undermines Rimowa is that these repairs aren’t a one-off. As a frequent traveler, I find myself bringing suitcases in repeatedly for broken wheels, locks, and bent frames after only a few trips. The standard excuse is rough baggage handling – fair enough, but if Rimowa knows how luggage is treated in real life, a “premium” suitcase should cope with that. Otherwise “premium” just means “expensive and fragile.” Even then, at least be accommodating rather than rigorous about every charge and suggesting I put a fragile sticker on an aluminum Rimowa suitcase is frankly absurd!At this point, it almost feels as if repairs have become part of Rimowa’s business model, a disappointing reality for what should be a long-lasting travel product.The contrast between June 2025 (cared for) and January 2026 (dismissed) at the same store is shocking. If I hadn’t already invested so much, I wouldn’t buy Rimowa now. My advice: think about how often you travel, and strongly consider other options.
Great quality and value for money.
Their website is easy to access during the online purchase. My Rimowa XL cabin is spacious, easy to close and open. It is beautiful and worth the price.
I purchased my suitcase two years ago and the suitcase has had three repairs since. On my way home from my last business trip, the suitcase fell apart, locks which were previously repaired failed once again! It was hugely embarrassing in front of business customers. I had to borrow a suitcase to travel home and pay for the suitcase to be shipped back home. I have been in contact with Rimowa customer service since November and have had no satisfactory resolution other than to visit their store for the suitcase to be repaired. I have no confidence in the suitcase's fit for purpose given it has failed on two occasions.UPDATE 28th January…. Thanks RIMOWA for An automated response after two months?? With an email address which I have used and just receive automated or the same response

We purchased a Rimowa suitcase online on the 9th December 2025. It arrived on the 16th with significant damage to the packaging and the suitcase. We immediately contacted the Rimowa customer service department and on their instructions provided photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and the enclosed suitcase. When several days later we had no respose from Rimowa we telephoned and was again asked to forward the transaction detail and photo evidence of the damage. We were travellling abroad and Rimowa arranged to have a courier call to collect the suitcase and original packaging before we departed on the 29th Dec. The courier never called and we emailed Rimowa to say how disappointed we were with the level of customer service. Rimowa informed us that they would arrange a second pickup when we returned from holiday mid January. When we returned home and made contact with Rimowa we were informed that UPS would make contact to arrange pickup. We subsequently received a second email from Rimowa informing us that we would have to make our own arrangements to return the suitcase via a UPS access point. At no point did Rimowa apologise for the inconvenience that this caused.
Using RIMOWA for more than a decade , nothing beats its class.Exceptional as always
