I have ordered from RPG numerous times and they are excellent with their communication and professionalism. Leo and Betty are great with attention to detail. They have answered all of my questions and provided above and beyond service for me. The quality of hair is good and the price is reasonable. I continue to buy from RPG.
The hair texture I've ordered numerous times from RPGhair was starting to disappear. They advised me they where focusing more on the hair trends. Which is not for me! I was super happy when they offered to make a custom wig for me. I received the wig and it was perfect. I made sure to send them a big thank you
This is the second time ordering from RPGHair but no regrets. I’m absolutely happy with my order all i can say is to continue their good work and great service. Hair came quick , the quality was excellent, no smell, soft and the waves were perfect. Will recommend and looking forward to more orders soon. Big thanks to Betty🫶❤️communication was 💯.
PSA 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!THEY WILL SELL YOU MIXED HAIR AND CLAIM THAT IT IS 100% HUMAN. THEIR ADVERTISED HAIR QUALITY, COLOR ETC IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.I AM WARNING YOU, LOOK ELSEWHERE IMMEDIATELY. I WISH I COULD POST THE PIC OF WHAT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SEND ME!!! MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS CUREENTLY IN MIDST OF FIGHTING THE CHARGE.THE MERCHANT LEO, HAD THE NERVE TO SAY TO ME.." IT'S CHEAP PRICE, YOU CAN JUST KEEP IT, NO?" VERBATIM!!! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. One thing about me, I do not like dishonest people, at all. Admit your wrong doings so I can respect you, but avoid being a dishonest person to me. I am VERY knowledgable with hair fibres etc and I will say this again, this is NOT 100%human hair, it is mixed hair! Matter of fact, to go a step further, I will be getting it tested live by a hair company here in Canada and posting the results on Youtube. I do not like to be played with, and you all played in my face. You KNOW the quality of hair you sent me, Leo KNOWS he then tried to ignore my cries for help via email, I sent 3 to 4 times and he simply did not respond! That is cruel to treat customers that way! Thank God my credit card company stepped in to save the day and help me, had they not been there you all would have taken my money and left me with this trash hair! I wish I could post a picture of what you sent me here, to show everyone. Its so thin, ( not 180% densisty at all) its not 100% human, there are white, red and brown fibres all throughout the wig, there is a bit of a smell. Oh my gosh, the construction of the wig is disrespectful. You guys should see how the tracks are sewn on his wig crooked! Never seen anything like this in my life and I have been around hair 25 years. What you all THOUGHT, was that you could send me this trash wig, take my money and then ignore me. That didn't work. Then Leo tried to convince me to just "keep the wig because its cheap anyway" I could not believe he said that! Excuse me? Also, you lied again, which was VERY disappointing... when you said Leo was new, Leo is not new, stop being dishonest! Instead of addressing his bad behaviour, you would rather cover it all up with more dishonesty. Well, you lost a customer here because this was a terrible experience and I will never purchase anything from RPGHAIR again.EXCUSE ME, You said you provided me with the best solution? What??? The solution was me having to take a few hours to write up a dispute to my credit card company and provide the evidence including clear pictures of the "hair". It was only then that the credit card company was involved, and you realized... that you knew you ****** up and my money was returned. Also, their "customer service" is only 2 people... " Leo and Grace" which honestly, I feel is the same damn person. This entire experience was a waste of my time and I still am left with no wig for my vaccation next month, I have to start the process of looking for a real human hair wig all over again. Stop LYING❗️❗️❗️Oh my goodness 👀👀 Lesson to all: Customers, ALWAYS purchase goods with your credit card, cause some of these over seas company' will try to take your money, sell you garbage and then play in your face. My favorite wig by far! Just received this wig today and it's so pretty, true to length, lace is invisible, color is natural. Will be ordering another wig from this company! Very happy with my purchase!

The hair came fast, customer service kept in touch. The curls are beautiful, very little shedding, hair doesn't matt up in the back and it is soft & manageable.

The wig is so pretty! It’s already bleached and plucked for you so the process is 1000 times easier. I ordered an additional one and my mom insisted on keeping it lol. This unit gives all of my outfits an extra boost of cuteness, thank you! My order arrived very fast as well (3-4 days). I ordered on a Friday and my item was in the mailbox by Monday. Let’s not forget customer service! They responded quickly and accommodated my request. I will definitely order more units from this company!

I never write reviews but this hair is so amazing the lace is top tier!!!!! Blended beautifully!! Now on to the hair gurlll the hair is quality no shedding at all so soft and silky and bouncy love it i will be buying more

I have been buying wigs from RPGHAIR for a couple of years and their wigs are reasonably priced, and hold up for a couple of years. Their customer service is beyond excellent too.
