Can not fault!
Can not fault! Amazing start to finish! They went above and beyond for us nothing was too much. Very happy in our lovely new home, finished to a high standard! lovely and quiet site as well. Could not recommend enough!

DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEMIm not quite sure whats worse the build quility of these homes or the customer service that follows it ,everything from broken fire alarms that stay constantly on , leaking pipes , poor fitments off apliances , nails sticking out of walls all these things including the fact there to lazy to finish 1 coat of paint around the whole house are the reasons why you shouldnt touch a russle homes house ,unless of course your willing to buy second hand from someone who's already shelled out the money to fix the issues.Every interaction with Tehran customer service is a battle most things they straight up refuse to acknowledge is there fault meaning may issues such as cosmetics defects like plasterboarding that’s hanging off the walls just simple will have to be fixed at your own expense but if you end up buying a “home” I use that word in very loose terms as it’s no more than a badly assembled garden shed. Make sure your allowed to view the property before you sign the papers because if it’s anything like mine you won’t be allowed near it until key hand over date and at that point it’s tough we’re not fixing the issues.I would advise buying from a reputable building company or if that fails a simpler shed will have a better secured roof to keep the rain out unlike my home.
