Ordered a tailored suit and shirt, trousers came incorrectly sized. Took about 3 amendments to get it about right. Shirt i ordered is nowhere to be found.. theyre now busy looking for it whilst refusing to refund. Very unprofessional people and staff.
I was in Rome where I visited one of their shops. Their suits are really nice. I ordered one with special measurements on the suit, which was to be sent home to DK. I was very specific about how I wanted my goals and the salesperson seemed to be in control of it. When I received it, the measurements were completely wrong. the trousers were too baggy and the shoulders of the jacket were too wide. It's not okay when you put over 800 euros!
