I had multiple phone calls to figure out why my id verification and address weren’t pulling up. I was very frustrated with every call. This is the only utility that has not been able to verify my ID. They told me my credit profile was frozen and I must call equinox with them on 3 way. That seemed forced and made me uneasy. I called them myself after 4 attempts to say I wasn’t comfortable with that and being talked over. After speaking with equifax, there was nothing wrong with my account, no freeze. No name issues. Then she tried to put my previous last name and current and it worked. She then said that I was wrong my id and SS card must have that name. This is simply not true as I am holding my cards. Now I have to have the electric provider change the incorrect name on my account. This process has wasted days of time. If it would allow me to, I would give 0stars.

I speak English. Your representative spoke broken English. The first guy I talked to was not good. The second one was a little better (very little). I had to tell him to slow down several times. I understand people need jobs. Just didn't work for me.
