Oliver who works in the La manga office has sent me threatening emails and demanded 50% of money back to him, he is acting as henchman for the former owners of the property I have bought. Despite telling him to leave me alone, he carried on emailing and made more threats. Domestic violence and femicide is all over Spain, and what Oliver is doing is domestic violence, cos he is threatening me in my home. Please do not have nothing to do with this firm because you might end up with this man threatening you when things don’t go his way.

They are very quick to take your money ! but will not pay out in the event of a claim ! I would not I sure a dog kennel with this company liars & thieves does nobody regulate these companies? Check the name on my display picture section to get refunded.

Zero stars is the correct rating. Absolutely useless company, terrible employees with 0 empathy more concerned about closing the case then providing an actual solution. They told me this year my “free intervention at home” have been used when the only guy that came earlier this year for the sink asked me for a transfer of 80euros. Scammers, thieves, but when you call to sign your first contract they are the nicest people in the world. Shame

If there was an option to give this no stars, I would! Absolutely hopeless. Incredibly let down and left in a state of bemusement. Very good on the phone but zero action or input. Avoid at all costs (of which there are many!)

This company is just the same as most insurance companies in Spain that I have had the displeasure of dealing with !.. they are on par with linea directa for service (or I should say NON service) Like them they are very quick to take your money ! but will not pay out in the event of a claim ! Uncaring and untrustworthy insurer.
They paid 24% of my claim, nothing for the actual labour and other than their statement of what they were paying, no other communication. Despicable service, rude and ignorant assessor who understood written English but refused to speak it, just a bad company to trust your investment in insurance. Avoid them unless you want disappointing at a time you need help and understanding.
