It may be that others have not had positive experiences with SEPW, but that was not my experience. I needed some replacement maintenance parts (paddles, blade, skids) for a Toro Snowmaster snowblower, and they had these in stock for the best combined price/shipping I could locate. I also phoned them to ask a question and they were helpful and friendly. The parts arrived well boxed about a week later, and I couldn't ask for more. Very pleased, and based on my experience I'd recommend them and certainly purchase from them again.

Ordered a carburetor that stated it was in stock ready to ship.I had not received anything from them after 3 weeks I called them.They told me they would receive it in another 2 weeks.I really needed the part so I waited.No item or even a response from them.Here it is 2 months after I ordered the item.Filed with PayPal to get my money back.Shady company do not buy from.Customer service will lie to you to get and keep your money.

Never received item or refund
Ordered a part on their eBay store. Item was shipped in reasonable time. Tracking showed item as delivered, I checked within 30 min, however it wasn't there, nor was it in the neighbor's boxes. I waited several days to see if it would arrive. When it didn't, I contacted seller who advised me to contact shipper. I called USPS and gave them the tracking info. I never received a return call. I contacted the seller again, who advised me to go to USPS with the tracking number as they could track the package with GPS. As I don't have time to take off work & go to the PO, I appealed to eBay and was denied. I'm sure if you have a positive experience with this co it will be fine. If you have an issue, their customer service is terrible & you may end up paying for something & not receiving it like I did. They don't have any interest in solving issues. Buyer Beware!

Ordered some oil at 9pm last night . Australia post had it today on its way . Sensational . Was a little concerned for about 30 min as we all are with online orders . I cant rate more highly than 10/10

Poor customer service
I placed an order on 1/19/25, order was shipped on 1/21/25 via USPS the last scan was on 1/21/25 as arriving at the Oak Creek WI distribution center... no movement or scans since that date and customer service says "it's still in transit" but when contacting USPS they said with no movement or scan in a week they consider it "lost in transit" SEPW will not do anything because they say it's "still in transit"

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS................
I ordered an expensive computer for the Kohler 25 EFI engine. I ask about their refund policy and was assured it was returnable. I sent the mower and the computer to the repair shop and they did not need the part. It was the new fuel pump which failed again. My surprise. But when I sent the part back they refused the return. I have the Email stating the return policy on that part. This is a no refund company. Make sure you are getting the right part every time. By the way it took 3 weeks to get the part to start with. This company is terrible and I can not believe they are still in business. WOW!!!!!

People are fools they sold me something they did not even have said got it from their supplier and what I got was the wrong part ordered from a reputable person same part number and low and behold IT WAS THE RIGHT PART FOR MY MOWER! HOW COME YOUR PART WAS WRONG!!!!!! BECAUSE YOU JUST WANT THE DOLLAR NO MATTER WHAT COST TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Not HAPPY ordered a coil thinking it was on hand and that I would get it within a few days. Got and E Mail telling me that they had to order it and it would take 3 to 5 days for them to get it and another 3-5 days for me to get it. Figured this so called company out, they do not have a warehouse or an inventory, they order everything online for us. When they get it they send it to us. I feel I am RIGHT about this.

Disappointed!
I ordered a needed part on March 21st, I assumed the part was in stock since there was no problem during ordering. I received an email on March 28th telling me my item was back ordered for 7 -14 days. On day 23 I contacted the company to inquire about the item that I needed. Scott told me the part would not be in until the fall. This would have been good information to share with me sooner. Instead, I wasted my time with this company. Disappointed!!!!

I ordered a part online 9 days ago and now I get an email that my part is back-ordered. BUYER BEWARE when ordering from this mom and pop company. They don't carry most parts in their inventory. You may have to wait for them to get the part from the manufacturer, THEN reship it to you. Terry (owner) didn't seem to care much about their slow process. He blamed the delay on Husqvarna and their high volume of online orders taking time to fulfill.

Slow, slow, slow! Website doesn't indicate stock on parts, so you might be waiting 2 weeks+ to get your order. Expect no communication from seller unless you go looking for it yourself. Be wary of "we just got it, it will ship out today" not always the truth.

Ordered a replacement outlet on the SEPW website for a Briggs and Stratton generator and a couple weeks later, with no shipping confirmation I contacted them to ask where my order was. They said it will be about 3 more weeks before they have the part available to ship. I had them cancel the order and refund my money. This company's website does not show a status of parts available when you order. I would not recommend this company until they add a function to their website that shows whether or not a part is in stock, available, or backordered.
