We started using Sessions Health in February 2024, and the transition to the platform—including the migration of client data from our previous EHR—was smooth and completely hassle-free. The customer support throughout the onboarding process, and ever since, has been consistently top-notch. Support reps are always friendly, professional, and extremely quick to respond.The platform itself is very user-friendly and has truly transformed the way our therapy practice operates. We’ve also seen an increase in revenue thanks to their Client Portal, which makes it so easy for our clients clients to view and pay their statements.Overall, Sessions Health has an excellent product and customer support. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any clinician looking for a reliable and easy-to-use EHR!
Cancelled my account out of the blue with no reasoning.
So far I’ve been using Sessions Health since February and I’ve loved it since. The support staff is quick, friendly, and extremely helpful when I email them. I’ve never had a negative experience with contacting support. The telehealth video is also great! The moment there was a black screen issue, they fixed it within the week. I also use a certain competitor’s platform for my other job, but Sessions Health is by far the best and user friendly platform I’ve used. The cost is fair, along with the cost-effective add-on for additional therapists. As a solo practitioner, I’m glad I took the leap with this platform because I don’t plan on ever leaving.

Straightforward EHR with incredibly helpful support.
As a new member for six months, I have enjoyed my switch to Sessions. Customer service is absolutely awesome when it comes to assisting with technical issue. My only negative has been with the assistance for insurance. The response I received gave me the indication the individual did not fully read my request. To this day I have to manually resubmit my AETNA claims because they get rejected. However I receive payment when I submit through Availity. The same is true for my CIGNA client. For a small company you perform excellent.
The main reason I love Sessions Health is the support team. If I have an issue or question that I can't figure out, I contact the support team and get a quick response, and, more importantly, the answer to my query. The team is excellent!! I also like the actual EHR and the price point is reasonable.
Speedy response times and always have a fix for my question or issue. The interface is easy to use and it works with my brain. I love using this EHR!
I'm a biller and work with several different EHRs for mental health providers. Sessions Health by far has the most responsive customer service! The user interface is intuitive and they continue to roll out new features. Their response to the Change Healthcare outage was also the best- they had excellent, detailed communication, and they made big pivots in order to do best by their customers. I strongly recommend!
I've been using Sessions for about 4 weeks on their free trial as I start a practice. Having had other experiences with EHR, I found SH to be really intuitive, easy to navigate, and functioning well at a reasonable rate for small practices. I've especially appreciated the quick responses from their Support team on any questions and issues that I have had.
So far it has been amazing! It’s easy to navigate, to set up.Some areas could be easier and have more options (calendar, reminders…).But overall I am pretty content.

Recently signed up with Sessions Health. Overall I am satisfied. Some things I would like to see added include having the option to list clients in alphabetical order by last name (not first name as it is now). Also, the ability to send one email/message to all clients (in case I want to notify of changes that will affect each one of them). I asked about both and apparently such features are not available at this time. I hope that will soon change. Response from Sessions Health was quick, so that's a plus!
I just switched to Sessions from a competitor and have loved the great customer service (including assistance importing what was possible to import directly and help with newbie questions) as well as the great features the software provides. I was quite pleased to see 95% of my ideal features were already part of the platform (and at such a reasonable price point) and found some new features that I didn't know I was missing! I also appreciate Session's statement regarding their use of therapist ethical principals in guiding their business decisions - with the broad trend toward mental health becoming "big business" it's great to know there's a full-featured EHR committed to serving their customers in an ethical way, so that we therapists can just focus on serving our clients.
