Picked up the booster to fix our patchy Telstra reception at home and it’s made a massive difference. We were barely getting a bar inside, especially with the tin roof, and calls would drop out all the time. Now we’re sitting on a solid 3 to 4 bars throughout the house and even out on the patio.Calls are clear, mobile data actually loads properly, and the cameras stay connected without cutting out. The advice we got was straightforward and we ended up with the right setup for our place.Cost us just over a grand, but for the improvement we’ve seen, it’s been money well spent. Working exactly as we’d hoped.

Returned the device within 30 days. 3 weeks later still no refund. It is not an Australian company. Do not trust this company. Does not help when Google have them rated at 4+ stars even when the poor reviews outweigh the positive!

Having just moved to our new property we found that we had reasonable phone signal outside for both Telstra and Optus but once you went inside we struggled to make and recieve call or use the internet on our phones mainly i think due to double insulated roof and double glazed windows. After talking to several local suppliers who only wanted to sell us thousands of dollars worth of gear that they said may or may not work we came across mobile signal boosters and what a breath of fresh air they are. I asked all sorts of questions and probably annoyed the hell out of George and Elena but they where fantastic nothing was to much trouble and they walked us through the whole proccess and at the end we now have a booster that gives us really good phone signal and internet access inside our house and we simply say to anyone who is looking to boost your signal don't waste your time and money on the other mobs just ring mobile signal boosters and get it sorted the right way the first time.

Great product and outstanding service
I ordered a mobile signal booster from Signal Boosters Australia - I wanted to fix a dead spot for mobile phone reception in my kitchen. Expecting a unit to arrive in a box and little more, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Diana, who asked me to test my signal so that the unit could be calibrated for my area. The unit arrived about a week later and, after 10 minutes' setup time, my signal problem was solved. With so many businesses doing business online, and being unreachable when you need assistance, imagine my delight when I discovered a company that cared enough to take the time to ensure that their product worked for their customer, without being asked. Faulty product delivered
Faulty product delivered. I called the company and they told me tech support would contact me within 24hrs. I just wanted 5minutes of tech support as i have experience in the installation of these products.I received a email telling me a phone call was not possible. I'm guessing it's because no one there speaks English. Now I'm stuck with $495 worth of junk. Should have bought a Cellfi Go. Look elsewhere.

After a bit of a wait for tracking details on my parcel, I reached out to customer support, and George was an absolute legend. He not only explained the reason behind the delay but also kept me in the loop with daily updates until the parcel finally arrived. The product quality is solid and seems to work just as promised. If I had one small suggestion, it’d be to include a printed manual for those of us who prefer something in hand to refer to. Overall, I can’t fault Signal Booster for either their service or the product.One tip: double-check your measurements and order the right length of coaxial cables – otherwise, you could find yourself up in the roof feeling pretty frustrated. :)

Living in the bush, I’ve always struggled with mobile reception—most days, I’d be lucky to see even one bar. Forget about getting those bank verification texts on time; it just didn’t happen. I tried a few indoor signal boosters, including a Cel-Fi, but honestly, they didn’t do much. I also hesitated to splash out on something that felt more suited to a corporate office than my humble two-storey home.After much deliberation, I decided to give this system a crack, and wow—what a difference! I mounted the external antenna on the upstairs window frame of our renovation and fed the cables downstairs for a quick test. Despite the cable run being a bit shorter than recommended (12 metres instead of 15), I now get a rock-solid five bars. No signal dropouts or issues—just smooth, reliable reception.The next step is to tidy up the installation properly, running the cables through the walls and floors. It might be a bit of a hassle, but honestly, I’d take that over missing calls and texts any day. If you’re stuck with patchy reception like I was, this setup is definitely worth considering.

Rubbish Products, Paid $400 for a signal booster repeater. i had 1 bar reception on 3 different phones on 2 different networks before the install, absolutely no change after the install. The repeater flashes on channel 3 stating its repeating that signal, not to my phone it wasnt! Took over an hour for install as i had to attach to my TV antenna and run the cable all the way along inside my attic. And they aren't based in Australia, they're in China so good luck getting a refund for their scammy products

This 4G/LTE signal booster has been a game-changer, boosting my weak 1-bar signal to a solid 5 bars. It covers my entire home, and installation was easy. The dual-band support is reliable, though there’s occasional fluctuation. Great product overall with responsive support and a 2-year warranty.

Pretty much the same as all the others - ordered a booster kit in Dec 2023 for over AUD$1000, received a "technical difficulty" delay notice a few weeks later, then 6 weeks later in Feb received a notice that due to an "unexpected financial hold imposed by our payment partner" the order or a refund could not be processed until April 12. I must be gullible, coz I confirmed April was fine and duly waited until the designated date. I did manage to speak with someone, but they never email as they say they will so another week later I have started proceedings with CommBank to recover the funds. Sigh!

No refund for products that do not work
This company is setup to deceive customers into purchasing equipment that is not fit for purpose, do not buy from them, its a scam. I purchased a mobile signal booster after following the on line enquiry process and supplying the company with all of the information that they requested in order to purchase the right product, only to find that the equipment sent out does not work following Professional installation. After contacting their so called technical support team I was advised after a lengthy process, that I need a more powerful booster, in addition to this I could not get a refund. Scam. Scam. Scam.
