The Simple Quarters staff did an exceptional job. Our journey seemed to be unconventional, but they were still able to get it done in a timely manner. Big big thank you to James! He made this whole process as smooth as possible, extending grace to us when we had setbacks during the process, and answering any questions we had along the way. From the first phone call the entire team was very helpful and clear and followed through with all of their promises. We were able to schedule an in-person tour with James for 2 days after our initial call, and received our cash offer within a few days! Thanks to James and the Simple Quarters team we were able to sell our house in Indy and start our new chapter in Oregon, would definitely recommend.

Working with Terry was wonderful. He was gracious, supportive, kind and polished. He answered my questions and was quick to communicate, all the while being very professional. Real estate is a high level transaction, with lots of nuance.
