Human Intelligence Saves the Day

You know when you get to the point of needing to “Contact Us” you have a problem beyond the capability of AI. I thought I had identified the problem and my “Contact Us Guy” not only said I had a different problem, because he took the time to investigate months of activity, he fixed it right on the spot. What a relief!

Ky was extremely patient and helpful. How helpful will be apparent within the week when I receive the expected support needed to get my verification email and clientHold status sorted (something I shouldn't have to fight for over many weeks). I commented on how hard it was to get past the AI assistant that became a wall rather than a help for what I needed done. I stated that the instructions it gives need to be updated. The instructions to navigate to a page and find buttons were incorrect on multiple levels and proved to be UN-user-friendly. I was informed that this will be something SiteGround will look into. I was satisfied with the help I received when I was finally able to find it.

Fixing a badly broken and malware affected website

My website haas been the target of malicious attacks including plugin removal, recoding, redirecting, hidden malware, removal of contact form, removal of anchor links, database hacking and a myriad of other challenges. All of the staff at Siteground offering expert care services were fantastic at addressing and fixing every problem step by step to the point where my website is now completely updated, clean, operationally sound and secure with automaterd site scanning and new complex user passwords to the backend.The reports of the work completed after every task was clear simple and understandable. The Siteground Expert Care staff are a fantastic team, highly reccommended and have instilled the confidence in me that my website and business tool is in very good hands.Thanks to everyone that worked with me through this challenging time.Andrew Wright

As usual; Great Customer Service

As usual, I’ve had very good experiences with the tech team at SiteGround, but this time was different in the best way. In the middle of our chat, I let Yoana know I had to step away for a phone call that would take some time. She told me not to worry and that she would continue looking into the issue. And she did.When I returned to my computer an hour later, the problem had already been resolved. I was genuinely impressed that she continued helping even after I left the chat.
