I just need to leave feedback about the amazing customer service we recieved today with Sky,our agent product information was second to none,He tailor made a great package within our budget,listened to every need of our multi aged household, who have members with complex needs,I was incomplete shock as he listened to me mention my autisic son and he favourtie programs,late in the call he recalled and gave us options for my son...Thank you Jagen for your AMAZING customer service . i normally dread customer service calls, but I must say im overwhelmed by such great service.

I have been with sky for 15yrs. I decided to review my package and to get SkyQ. I dealt with James and was given a package which was reasonable. On the whole I found the sky team very patient and helpful with the present pandemic. Thank You Sky Team

what a crap company ..what a rubbish stealing company.i have been charged by these for a tv package which I have not got from £17.00to £30.52 trying to talk to someone is a joke now been on phone for 2 hours mostly in india

Worst club lounge!!
Worst club lounge!!! I've even been too! We had a guest that was in economy class and was not allowed in as a guest when all other members in the party was in business class. I've been too many airport club lounges and this is the first time i've ever had this problem. We were not going to be informed when boarding was going to be available for our flight and Manger and staff very unfriendly and clearly have not been trained in customer service! Stay away at all cost!

we had our sky+ HD box fitted several months ago and the technician told us he could not fit an extra cable as our fittings were on an inside wall and he was not allowed. We have been recieving half of the subscribed benfits we were entitled too since that time believing this was the case.
I rang Sky help line on 24th July to complain about problems we were recieving and also mentioned about not having suffiecient cables to ensure we had complete services.
It was arranged for a technician to arrive on 28th JUly sometime between 12md and 5pm,
I received a call this morning from a gentleman called Nigel who said he would be with us between12 and 2pm.
He arrived just before 12md, was courteous,polite,respected our home by wearing protective shoes and cleaning up after himself.
He listened to our concerns and very professionally and swiftly inserted the cables we required to receive all the benefits from our hd box. I was very impressed with his service to us, his attitude and willingness to do the work to support our needs.
He left us his contact details should we have any further problems. I would highly recommend Nigel for any work to be undertaken on behalf of Sky.
However I think Sky should look into the other technician who originally fitted the system and maybe give him some more training.
