I ordered via Amazon an ottoman in the colour "gold" which was illustrated as a very pale gorgeous crushed velvet.What arrived was an ottoman in a dark mustard colour. Completely different to the advertised colour.The packaging was very inadequate, wrapped in a layer of clingfilm which had been torn in transit in several places. I have emailed them to complain and request a refund. *** I have to add that they were very good about me returning the ottoman. No quibbling. They also sent a courier with a label and a receipt for me, today. And promise of a full refund. I do think a cardboard box would have been better than clingfilm which was torn in transit and they were not to blame for that.
