I ordered a Lithium-Ion Battery from …

I ordered a Lithium-Ion Battery from this company on 21 07 2017 and paid for it at the time of ordering via Paypal ($ US 21.47). It was to be delivered via standard mail within 4-7 days. As I live in a remote area of Australia I gave one month before I queried via email. I received no reply. I again requested the company to trace my item on 02 09 2017. Again without receiving a reply.It is now the 1st of October 2017 and I again emailed them for a trace, again they have not responded.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Yeah they have great prices, but it took 2 weeks to get my battery + charger KIT.... They sent the right battery, but the wrong charger. To top it off, they claim to be closed on weekends, yet someone called me from their phones mid Sunday, didn't leave a message, but wouldn't answer when I called back. It's now Monday. I received a voice message from them (phone was dead), FINALLY, yet again...... NO ONE IS ANSWERING THEIR PHONES...... What the hell kind of business is this? I've emailed and left messages and NO ONE has returned an email nor called me back. All in all, this business is a joke. I will never recommend this company to anyone. *UPDATE* What a JOKE! After calling and having them send me a new charger because I have a li-42b battery and they sent me a charger that reads "fits ONLY a li-40b"... they send me the same damn thing! If a charger reads "fits ONLY and li-40b battery" then its not going to work with a li-42b.... DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
