Terrible customer service
Unit seems nice. Haven't used it much yet. Called with an installation concern and was cussed out and hung up on. Called lasted about 45 seconds. I asked a question and was called names and hung up on. Highly do not recommend!

ordered a sauna they sent me the wrong one. They reordered the correct one (7/29/2025) as of 1/8/2026 I still have not received it and cannot get a straight answer or return call or email from complany. Paid over $4,500 for sauna............stay away from this company. Plenty of other reputible dealers out there.

My product arrived damaged
My product arrived damaged. The front door did not close completely due to crooked hinges which released all of the hot air and let cool air in. I tried to contact the company to ask for guidance within the 30 days of delivery. After 2 emails and 3 phone calls the man on the phone ended up yelling at me, cussing at me and said lady you just need to call a handyman. This product is made out of cheep wood which splinters in several spots, the door is crooked and will not close and they have zero customer service skills. DO NOT order any products from this company.

This company is a scam. My credit card was charged right away and I never received a sauna. They blamed the delay of the sauna being shipped due to covid and understaffing and kept telling my my sauna had "just reached the port." By the time I realized this was truly a scam, it was too late to dispute with my credit card company.

FAST delivery (less than a week!). Product packaging for such a large item was compact and manageable. Instructions were clear, and design made it EASY to construct. I was able to put everything together in just over an hour by myself, everything fit together perfectly and it works exactly as advertised. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Wonderful Experience
I called and left a message for some light bulbs for my Buddha salt dome. I got a call back right away. The customer service is awesome. I ended up ordering another Buddha dome and a bunch of extra bulbs just to have them. I got my order within a couple of days. I love both of my domes and getting to work with such wonderful people at Spiritual Quest. Highly recommend this company. I'm very happy.

Made us pay for their mistake
We bought a two person fully loaded. Really nice sauna from these guys. What we got was a one person inferior sauna. When I reached out to Rick about the mistake, he told me to suck it up basically because he wasn’t going to take it back and he would give me $400 off. Telling me that that’s the difference in price which I think is complete bull. The horrific treatment in the emails from this company can bring you to tears. Accusing me of trying to steal a sauna from them. I was more than happy to send it back but I’m not paying another $500 to send it back I think that should be on them since it was their mistake, but he doesn’t see it that way. This is one of the worst companies you can deal with. In their eyes if they make a mistake, you have to pay for it. or fix it. Just be warned Their rating on the BBB is -D

The customer service is appalling!!!! Tried to order a $6,000 sauna, and had the misfortune to speak with Richard. I simply wanted to ask a question before ordering, and he just starts yelling at me. I mean really angry. Pretty ironic when you call a place called Spiritual Quest. Needless to say, I did not order the sauna

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! They are rude, refuse to answer questions, and are condescending. They will keep referring you back to the website or manuals that have no information. They market their products to run on 220v but really they are only designed for 110 and in turn cant get anywhere as Hot as they market them to get.

Ehhhh it’s just ok, a few things here….customer service is impossible to get in touch with, and when you do it’s beyond unprofessional, it took over 8 months to get my sauna with zero updates on shipping….after receiving its simple to put together, but came with less then great instructions…overall it sucks, cold drafts from every corner which doesn’t allow it to get anywhere close to maximum temp. I would advise to spend the extra money and go with a different company.

Spend Your Money with a Reputable Company!
The website lists the sauna/salt room as being 220v. We reached out to Rick there numerous times about exactly what we needed as far as wiring goes prior to our delivery. He was rude, condescending, and misogynistic. Refused to issue a refund. Clearly doesn’t understand simple questions about the outlet required for the product that is incorrectly advertised. The wiring is current for Asia and EU, but NOT to code for the US. Spoke with the “engineer” in China with no success in ascertaining the safety of use here in the US. We have reported to the BBB. I will never use this company again for anything! They are misleading at best and full on scammers at worst.

If no stars were a thing, that would be my choice. When people tell you that they are spoken to rudely, that is putting it politely. Believe every single word of it! The good reviews are only because they did not have an issue/question. I not only have a recorded call of such interaction, I have email responses as well. If you react to the hostility, they will turn it around as if you are the problem. I am reaching out to ALL platforms to advise to NOT do business with this company, and if you do pray to the God's you don't have a simple question like "where is my product", or else you will feel the wrath. Ordered my salt cabin 7/19/22. Got a call that day or the next from the sales manager who said, "We are short-handed but lucky for you we have 5 units sitting in the warehouse right now so we can ship it out and have it to you in 2 weeks". I called week 4, sales manager Richard answered, I asked where the product was and advised that my tracking number shows delivered and it was not, and was SCREAMED at that he didn't have my file, was trying to relax on the way to work, I was calling before business hours, blah blah blah. When I tried to interject and ask him to calm down I was then asked even LOUDER why I was yelling at him (was in fact quite the opposite)...I hung up. This A-hole proceeded to text me, to continue, after I ended his aggressive phone call, by stating "you're literally unbelievable. I'm driving to work and you expect me to know what's going on with your order". No, jerk, I expected you to handle it with a little more decorum but that would take some class on your end which they have none of. I did not respond to him in kind at this point, and will not be responding in kind going forward. 2 months later I have no cabin, am out $6800 and these jerks have now tried to place me into some bogus collection agency. For what I have no idea, but the real suit will happen when my attorney files for my loss of business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never again. Another scam company. Take your money then don't deliver the goods. Impossible to to chase up properly. Wish I'd looked at trust pilot first before I tried to buy something from these charlatans.

Disappointing from start to finish
I ordered a pre-made salt wall in white bricks from Spiritual Quest (SQ). SQ called me to tell me the worker had made the next size up by mistake and while SQ would not charge me for the more expensive size it would cost $20 extra for the packaging and shipping. Two SQ employees quoted the $20 amount. I was billed $24.99. When the wall arrived it was sloppily packaged with enough tape to require considerable time to unearth it. Then the following: the frame for the wall is made of unfinished wood – not what the photos on their site show (the customer is supposed to paint or stain it and while doing so not get those products on the bricks???) at that price, absolutely not, it should have arrived 100% finished and done professionally; two miter cuts are gap-toothed as if done by a student in a woodshop class in middle school; wood is stapled, with those staples completely visible creating an unfinished look; the flexible LED strip (no brand name, only “Made in China” on the box) arrived with no booklet at all to give some basics about the remote and my box did not have the cord that attaches to the adapter and plugs into an outlet so I cannot use it. Spiritual Quest’s handling of my order has been abysmal. Return it? It is very heavy. At a minimum maybe they will sent the missing cord and booklet for the remote. I will have to live with the over-priced, poorly made wall. UPDATE, 6/6/22, Phone call from SQ - abusive, no desire to do business with me, I posted something online against them that was wrong...as if I don't know what's what. Listen up SQ, you are out of line and your "customer service" isn't. How dare I????? How dare you.
