Twice Steiner Sports listed a Wembanyama wings signed Alien autographed picture on Ebay. I ordered once in November 2025, then they said it was not in their inventory. It was listed again in December 2025, and I ordered it again. I was just informed that the item is not in their inventory again and they canceled my order. It is a $7,500 item. You would think they would know something that expensive is in their inventory. I can understand once, but not twice.Both times they offered me 10% off another item.Do not order from this company. They either don't know what they are doing, or just trying to get you to buy another item.

The due date arrived and the order was still processing. This was a retirement gift and I paid extra for the two day delivery. Attempted to contact them to see what was going on, but no way to reach them. Several ways listed, but no answer no chat available, like advertised.

the stuff is not what's advertised on the website they create images and pictures to make it look much better, mine was filthy unusable no way to frame it stained torn writing....They represent picture of a brand new shirt, and then ship one that's been destroyed rolled in the mud

Bought a card on Dec 5th, they took the money,Confirmed the sale via a email only to see in my inbox on 12/6 that the card was Actually out of stock and they can’t sell it to me. The email said to call their number and they have a dedicated team to help me find the card. That was a 20 second phone call to tell me they can’t help me. What a terrible experience. I normally buy my cards from eBay and other sites but decided to give them a shot. Waste of time. I’ll take my business to sites that sell cards they have in stock. Jim Walsh
