I contacted Stevens VW to source a part for my vw polo 1984. I was quoted a higher price than the website was showing for a windscreen wiper mechanism plus delivery charge. I really felt that I had been targeted "online" which I think is the modern way of doing business and will never use this company again. I hate to be cynical but that's how I feel after my experience
I recently visited the Stevens Creek Volkswagen as a customer and regrettably had an unsatisfactory experience. The service I received was below par. They misplaced my order, leading to the parts I had scheduled not arriving on time. Further compounding my frustration, I later found out they had added a service to the list of tasks that I never authorized.If you're considering using their services, I strongly advise you to be meticulous and double-check all arrangements and invoices. Please remain vigilant and attentive with every step when dealing with this team.
