I would give the a 0 if I could. This is a scam. They won’t stop calling me and leaving AI voicemails. If you call the back you’ll be placed on hold for a period and then hung up on. The message while on hold speaks of a 5 star review on this site, which is clearly not the case. Don’t work with these people.
They harass you with robocalls. When you select 9 to be taken off their call list, they call you back 5 minutes later
Joe is so awesome. Joe is helping me with a back tax issue. He has called when he said he would and he is always on the phone when I have to talk to the IRS. Joe is a very calming person. If it wasn’t for Joe I would have just paid the IRS. Thank you Joe you’re the very best. Thanks Valori S

Took my money, made promises never intended to fulfill, never got closure on final status. Eventually aged out of the IRS database.***This is not a phony review by a competitor. Pay attention to the VERIFIED ORDER status on these reviews. Do not trust someone who lies about a bad review. No comment from them would’ve been better than blaming their competition. Looks like this excuse is used on both negative reviews. Unethical in every way.** you left out that the hardship was hold harmless, and the irs took $11k. AND PLEASE STOP HARRASSING ME OVER A NEGATIVE REVIEW
They don’t call me back trying to call now & can’t get a call back & still don’t know we’re im at with everything & I done gave 16,000 I could have jut put that on what I owed

Tax Relief Systems is one great company . I had no money to hire anyone . But I took a chance and call them. I am on disability and being levied by the IRS and State . They took my case even though I had no money . Release my levy .Filed all my returns for free and put me in non collectible status . Thank You Guys David A.
Wow, Like to say that Tax Relief Systems is for real. Let me tell you something . I thought this was one of those company's who tell you something and it never happens .Well I was wrong . They knew I didn't have no money im just scrapping by. I have the IRS who had put a levy on me I owed the IRS some where around 51,000 dollars and I had been on the phone with joseph .He tells me to hold on don't panic , The next min. we are both on the phone with the IRS and Joseph gets the IRS to drop my levy. what a relief it is now . they are for real made me a believer and THANK YOU TAX RELIEF SYSTEMS.
