Hello
Hello, I received my shoes recently from this shop and they are fake shoes. I made this notice to the company and they did not want to reimburse me the money. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase, and do not recommend buying there.

One of the most frustrating customer service experiences in my life. I've exchanged 12 emails and 2 phone calls to try to get my store credit for a return. The first 6 emails, the email representatives told me to please keep waiting for the return to process. In reality, the return had already been processed all along but it got lost in their warehouse. Despite their mistake, they still have not given me my store credit and are unable to resolve something so basic.
Purchased a raquet from them and wanted to return it.They leave a return label in box that racquet was shipped making it very easy to return.Customer service were great. Will do business again
Very helpful the workers and good prices.
I just bought a racquet from them. Really needed it for 2 tournaments. They showed it'd get it to me last Thursday at checkout, which would be the day before my tourney.Yet, the morning of my tourney, I called them to inquire why I still haven't received it. The rep said they were behind in stringing. I said if they can't get it in time, why say it on checkout that they could get here by Thursday? She said oh, our system has issues, and we couldn't update that info. She said it'll be here by Monday.Since my 2nd tournament will be on Monday afternoon, I am hoping I'll get it beforehand. Now I just got a message saying that it won't be in until Tuesday. If their cart didn't say they could deliver, I would have called around for another store that could get it to me on time. I live near a city, so there are many options for me to choose from. I thought Tennis Warehouse was reliable, that's why I chose them. They also said that I could return it, but they won't refund me the special string that I ordered, even though they dropped the ball.I will never use them again.
They take your money over the phone and promise delivery but never follow through
Searched a shoe brand (Nike) and model. Had numerous colors to choose from. Ordered one. Received the order confirmation, and the shoe name had an extra word in it. Searched the Nike website, and Nike does not make that shoe. They make the model I was searching. They make another shoe line with the other word in Tennis Warehouse's name for the shoe. But there is no combo line. The lines are very different. One made for lightweight and agile. The other extremely heavy and made for support and durability. I called Tennis Warehouse and they had no idea which shoe I was actually getting.
I purchased a pair of Lacoste sneakers from Tennis Warehouse that began falling apart after just two months of light use — including a worn-out sole and damaged upper material. When I reached out for help, I was told there is no outsole warranty and that the shoes are not eligible for replacement, despite clearly being defective. To make matters worse, when I contacted Lacoste directly, even though I didn’t buy the shoes from their website, they immediately acknowledged the issue and shipped me a replacement pair without hesitation. That’s how a brand that stands behind its products handles customer service.Tennis Warehouse, on the other hand, only offered a one-time 20% discount, but only on a full-priced item — which feels like a way to push another sale rather than resolve a real quality issue.Very disappointed with how this was handled. If a global brand like Lacoste can take full responsibility, I expected much more from the store I actually gave my money to. I won’t be shopping here again.
I ordered 2 Yonix grips and ran into a problem with the adhesive backing. They sent me 2 new grips asap free of charge with no hassle. Will definitely order from them again.
Why do they continue to sell things when they don't have them in stock? Ive ordered multiple time lately to be told after the fact that the product isn't in stock. Im sure it's because they don't want to miss out on the sales. It's dishonest and Im done shopping there now. Bummer.
Tennis Warehouse continues to have inventory and logistics issues that get worse over time. My latest order was "in stock" when I ordered, but later that day became backordered for 10 days. OK, no problem. The 10 days go by, and now the backordered date is delayed by another 26 days. My suspicion is that the date will just keep extending and I'll never receive my order. My prior order was estimated to arrive in 2 business days when I checked out, and actually took 7 business days (10 total days). While I usually order the same item for a lower price through TW, I've started to pay a premium to get my racquets from a local store that is much more reliable. Too bad TW has gone far downhill in recent years.
Great customer service. I recently had a problem when with a purchase that I made and they resolved it right away. A++++ALL THE WAY!
If your order doesn't arrive like mine... forget about it. They tell you they'll take care of it, only to ignore you until you complain again, and then the cycle starts over. They laugh in your face.
Placed an order for strings on an in stock item in May. I was charged for the item already but I was told that the item was on backorder to be fulfilled in July. When I reached out in July to ask about the status of my item, the customer service rep went ahead and cancelled my order without my consent. They eventually replaced my order but now they're telling me that the new fulfillment date is October.
Simply terrible service. I placed an order a long time in advance indicating that I needed to receive it before a certain date (2 and a half weeks after placing the order) and it was delay after delay asking for confirmations that I had already sent in writing and I even called by phone to give them and they promised me After so much waste of time, I was going to receive the order in two days and it ended up arriving after 5 days. I complained and they didn't care. Don't buy with them.
Order number: 17192270First and only review on this platform - Placed an order 8 days ago for a new racket and strings. Their customer service reached out to me saying the promotion code used was no longer valid and the order is on hold, I then made the payment in the same hour the email was received.Fast forward to now 8 days later, item is still on hold with no shipment status. Highly inefficient logistics and mid/back office control. Would HIGHLY recommend a different tennis retailer / better yet in person with the local tennis pro.
I recently had a terrible experience with TennisWarehouse that left us extremely disappointed for my sons collegiate sports purchase. Their customer service was subpar, to say the least. When we reached out to them about a defective product we got from them, they not only refused to take responsibility but also had the audacity to blame the college kids for the issue. It was clear that they did not stand behind their service or their products, which is unacceptable for a company in the retail industry.I would strongly advise Against shopping at TennisWarehouse due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service. For college kids, it even more is frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on a product only to receive something that is defective and then be treated poorly when seeking a resolution. The fact that they were quick to shift the blame onto me instead of addressing the issue speaks volumes about their integrity as a business.Overall, my experience with TennisWarehouse was extremely negative, and I would caution others to steer clear of this store. It is disappointing to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and fail to uphold their end of the bargain. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and receive the quality service you deserve.
I recently called TW, because I had been living out of the country and I was back in the U.S. visiting. I knew I had had a store credit from six years ago, but it had been so long that the customer service agent named Nancy could not find my account at first. She eventually found it and told me that she would have to forward it to another department and get back to me. Normally, in my experience, something like this would just get lost in the busyness and I would not get a response. TW emailed me back the same day to my surprise and the next day they emailed me my store credit. Kudos to TW, very friendly and efficient.
Obviously from the number of complaints here (which I wish I had read before I ordered), this company has issues. I ordered an electronic gift certificate thinking it would arrive in short order. Hah! When I called the company to find out where it was 2 hours later, I was told it could take 24-48 hours because it has to go through 2 DEPARTMENTS! I have ordered dozens of electronic gift cards from other businesses and every single one arrived within an hour. This tells me several things, but primarily that I made a horrible mistake dealing with this company and will never do so again. They only got 2 stars because they actually had someone who answered the phone.
My story is pretty similar to some others. Ordered three demo rackets because I need to replace mine, one of which had cracked. They said it would take a couple of weeks, but several weeks later, the rackets never arrived and they had no idea when they might ship. Cancelled the order. These are popular rackets, and they must have some in stock. If the demo program is losing money the way it's run, then change how you run it. Don't promise demos and then just never send them. Now I start league play next week and I only have one racket and no idea what I should buy. (I'm a string breaker so that's not going to work.)
