Very disappointed with her attitude and dull customer service. The flower arrangement was not great. It is sad to have this experience as I just wanted to buy some beautiful flower for my friend.

My husband ordered me flowers (worth of £202) for mother's day and the flowers from this shop were awful. We were very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The flowers were wilted, with a repulsive brown colour and were suffocating in the arrangement. We had to throw them away the next day. Very very disappointed and will never order from the Flower Stand Chelsea in the future. They claim to provide ‘luxury flowers’ yet their flowers are hideous in quality! Terrible!
