Trying to cancel membership is a NIGHTMARE. Have cancelled three years in a row and they still charge my card until you reach out to their data center to have your card removed. Horrible experience.

Almost Impossible to Cancel
I would give them more stars if they were more transparent and open. Product and prices good. However they are not overly clear about signing up for a membership when you order. But they do give a 30 day free trial before they charge for the membership. After looking over their website I decided that I would not be buying very much from them and wanted to cancel my membership before the trial ended. Well, let me just say that "Good Luck". I have found no way to cancel. They say they have a 24/7 chat to help you but when you click on the link nothing happens. Very underhanded system. Fortunately I paid my original order with PayPal and have blocked them from any further payments.

Horrible!! scammers
Horrible! scammers! do not order from this company. They use incompetent cheap delivery services that don’t actually deliver to customers. I have clear video footage time stamped showing no one came to deliver not once BUT TWICE!! My order # is 150400081 and you guys know about this issue and choose to ignore. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Very reliable customer service
I’ve been using Thrive Market for over a year now and can’t imagine life without it! Love the access to harder to find gluten free foods and wide variety of snacks! They have a bit of everything! Thrive market products have been reliably good and most are organic. Highly recommend Thrive Market, especially if you’re a long way away from stores that carry these types of products.
