Let the buyer beware
I was to receive a receipt with barcode showing proof of filing with the copyright office. This didn't happen and, at the direction of my publishing company, I had to file again before we go to press. This was very much an inconvenience and it delayed the release of my poetry book. I did receive a refund, of course. However, I won't use this company in the future

Attorney/Former Circuit Court Judge
As an attorney, I have used Trademark for several projects and up to now I have not had an issue. This last time I had them work on two projects simultaneously. The one that I had an issue with deals with trademarking a logo. The deadline to respond to an USPTO Office Action is tomorrow, even though we have had 3 whole months to respond. I have reached out to Trademark Engine no less than 7 times on the issue and all I got was the same thing "We will forward it to your attorney". Turns out the attorney that they gave me wasn't getting any messages because they were deployed (I'm grateful for their service for our country), and they didn't give me another attorney until now. Honestly, I don't think they even knew until I told them through an email. Because of their lack of customer service, and the amount of money I have riding on this thing being done right, I hired another law firm that specializes in Trademarks. Based on the foregoing I will NEVER use Trademark Engine again. Buyer beware, if you have a simple project with no issues, or Office Actions, they may be good to use. However, if it goes beyond that, I DO NOT recommend them!
