Staff was very informative and helpful. After other companies dropped the ball, I spoke with them on a Friday. They were able to have a unit delivered to me on Saturday for a Monday flight to Hawaii.

Yvette exceeded my customer experience! She was very knowledgeable, professional in assisting me with a very complicated matter. It was complicated from the standpoint that I did not have any experience in traveling with oxygen. She was very patient with me. She kept her commitments as it relates to following up and following through she kept me updated through the entire journey and explained everything in layman's term to ensure I understood the expectations. Because of her Superior customer service provided through this experience I will refer Liberty medical to everyone I know

Super easy and quick…
The process was super easy and quick from getting a quote to returning the machine. Staff were responsive and answered any questions I had. I rented a machine for vacation (driving) because I had limited space and no room for multiple oxygen tanks. This was a PERFECT size. Worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

Very helpful, explained the problems with current concentrator which has seen extensive use. Got a concentrator on the way promptly to provide oxygen needs. So grateful for such good service

Highly recommend using them.
Highly recommend using them. Took care of all issues and were most helpful in a very stressful situation and time. Used their 24 hour service when I had an issue and they were right there to help. Customer service like this is hard to come by now a days.

i was in need for batteries and i have only few days before my international travel. i called Liberty Medical about battery availability, they don't have it at the time, but they can get it in timely manner. they did excellent customer service. i really appreciate the staff. if they say they can do it than they will do it because they are Liberty Medical.
