The lengths he was willing to go to keep my business showed that he genuinely appreciated my business. He worked with me about the rate when I missed my flight due to a new medication. He was perfectly understanding and treated me like a friend or family member. This is some of the best customer service I’ve had.
So nice to have William sincerely care about me an unknown stranger. He went above and beyond to help me with a non refundable ticket when I was suddenly faced with cancer 2 days before my flight.
