Defect after few months

I bought a pair of Blasia Boots in October 2025. They are very comfortable to walk in, but unfortunately (despite the high price) they already broke a few weeks ago. On both boots, there are small cracks on top of the foot, near the toes where the boot bends. In addition, the sole is leaking somewhere. The sole absorbs water, and when I walk it sounds as if a little chick is squeaking inside. Such a shame for the money I spent.

Really first class customer service.

Really first class customer service.I bought some of the ankle length rubber boots which have been fantastic through the winter months and I absolutely love them. However I had an issue with one of the boots and contacted customer service. Frida dealt with the problem and was excellent from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Style over substence

After waiting 2 years to afford to buy a very expensive pair of short welly Tretorn boots, the sole split within 2 months & they now fill with water as soon as it rains. Really expensive & totally useless 🥲

Blasia boot sole cracked within 2 months

I ordered a pair of Blasia boots in September 2025. I was over the moon with them at first. Comfortable, water proof, stylish, but the sole of one of the boots cracked within 2 months. Customer services were responsive and sent a new replacement pair when I reported the issue. I'm hoping this pair won't split!

Efficient Support and Quick Resolutions

I’ve had two interactions with Tretorn’s support (Fredrica) in the past year. The first was for a pair of boots that arrived slightly damaged during delivery, and the second was for the same pair of boots that cracked in under a year. In both cases, support asked for photos and handled the issue efficiently. For the delivery damage, they issued a small refund. For the cracked boots, they offered either a replacement or a full refund under warranty. Though it was a little disappointing that the boots cracked so quickly, I chose the replacement as I've found the boots comfortable to wear. Overall, the process was straightforward and resolved quickly.

Excellent customer service

I love my Tretorn Eva boots but sadly, the seam split less than a year in so I contacted customer service. They offered me a replacement or a full refund straight away.It was so easy to contact them and get the issue resolved. I’m sure it’s just a fault with this pair because otherwise they are excellent quality. I’d definitely order from them again.

Excellent customer service and great…

Excellent customer service and great product! The rear tabs came off after 2mo of daily use (not sure why) - within a few days they refunded the amount and threw in a coupon – I just ordered another boot! One thing - these are rubber boots and based on previous reviews I ordered one size larger and it totally worked.

All good now

Firstly: I love my Tretorn Wellies (Eva and Hybrid). They have taken me through the last two winters: padded, comfy, warm and waterproof. So I happily ordered two more items.They were to come in two separate packages. Big mistake.My latest experience with Tretorn has been a nightmare. Here is why:1. Their chosen carrier UPS rescheduled the delivery FIVE times. This meant FIVE days wasted in waiting. In the end I had to walk to a pick up point miles away in order to get hold of the items.2. I had ordered 4 pairs of new soles (size 38) for my Tretorns (size 38) trusting they would fit. But they didn't. The soles were too large and corresponded to a size 39. So they were unsuitable - ie a return.3. I also ordered a pair of Junior Hybrids on the basis of the sizing given on the very own Tretorn website. According to this Chart a junior size 37 corresponds to an adult size 38. So I ordered size 37. But they were too small. Another return.4. Meanwhile, Tretorn customer service was disappointing. Long silences, then a sudden response, then more silence. They told me that Tretorn are switching to Fedex. I must have been one of the last unlucky victims of the UPS chaos. But my query concerning the multiple size issues was never answered. Not a word. In that query I also expressed the hope that in view of the multiple mishaps and failures, none of which were my fault, I would at least get a full refund. But I didn't. I did not even get an apology. I had paid £ 101 for the goods and my refund came to a total of merely £ 83. What should I conclude? Should I ever wish to use Tretorn again, given that I, a loyal customer, have just been charged 18 £ for a substandard experience? Can I recommend them in good faith?Will Tretorn bother to respond?UPDATE 11 Dec 25Tretorn Customer Services replied within three days with a full apology and a nicely worded, comprehensive explanation of what had gone wrong. They also offered me a full refund and a very generous discount on my next purchase. I am happy.

Their waterproof coats are NOT waterproof

Wore my WATERPROOF coat on a rainy day working as a gardener. After 2 hours my clothes underneath my waterproof coat were all wet. How can you sell a coat marked waterproof when it’s clearly not. I’ve yet to find a waterproof coat which actually is. My jobs outside. I spent the rest of the day cold because my clothes were wet. Thanks! More wasted money. Don’t you test your rainwear? Clearly NOTMy front and back and arms were wet under the WATERPROOF COAT

Heavy boots and sliding socks

I found the Terrang boots so heavy it actually hurt my ankles, wore them for work and festival settings and it felt like an extra work out - not ideal when on the move all day my legs were shattered. Also my socks kept sliding down even when I added an insole, you have to get super thick sports socks to wear with them and they would always wear out at the back. Really gave them an go as I liked the look but ended up reselling.

AVOID - boots fall apart, not worth the money

Got some faux fur lined Tretorn ankle wellies last Christmas. They were incredibly comfortable, very waterproof and I loved them. However, after just a month of use the loop pull on the right wellie boot came off in my hand, clearly due to poor stitching.Unfortunately, as Tretorn don’t take any responsibility for products purchased from an external retailer, we had to contact The White Company where the boots were purchased from. They were useless and only offered a gift voucher to the value of 10% of the original value of the boots. This is a pathetic excuse for customer service and did not solve anything! We also could have sent them off for repair, which would have meant being without the boots for at least two weeks while they reached the company and then additional time after while White Company sorted out a replacement/their return. Absolutely lousy solution IMO, as it involves the customer being inconvenienced despite the product being faulty. In the end we left it and simply negotiated a 10% refund, which was still pathetic but the best we could get.Now, 9 months later the rubber has started to split and crack on the boots, letting water in. Now I read the reviews on here I can see this is a common quality issue that Tretorn refuse to address, it seems - they just continue to take people’s money for overpriced boots that don’t last more than a year. Disgraceful!!!We will try contacting White Company again to let them know but I know they aren’t going to be much help. It would be much easier if we could contact Tretorn directly seeing as THEY manufactured the boots, but they don’t want to know. Shocking customer service from both Tretorn and The White Company. Will be avoiding both in future!!
