STAY CLEAR
I don't understand this company. I was walking by their store and reluctantly engaged with a person outside their store who lead me in and after many attempts to leave, sold me 1500$ worth of product. I went to the store the next day to return it all since the persuasion artist wasn't there and was told that they couldn't take the product back and I would need to call their headquarters to get instructions on the return. I called many times left messages with no response. I feel sick that I was pressured so bad as to purchase products just to escape a really uncomfortable situation.

Shameful fraud I was in New Orleans two weeks ago and
I was in New Orleans two weeks ago and, passing by a store selling only Truffoire products, I was given a sample and invited inside. They tried the Black Truffle Instant Repair eye cream on me, and they insisted and pressured me to buy it, saying it was on a promotional campaign and half price. I ended up buying it, and when I went to apply it at home, I realized the tube was empty. Possibly a used bottle for demonstrations. I reiterate that they did this on purpose, making me spend a lot of money on an empty bottle, especially since they knew I don't live in New Orleans and was just passing through. It was a shameful fraud, and I want to denounce it on all social media platforms so that people don't buy products from this fraudulent brand.

Our experience has been horrible
Our experience has been horrible. After being conned at the Truffoire Honolulu location, we paid over $600, far more than what we have learned most people end up paying, for the eye syringe after they lower the price to get you to buy. What we are finding is most people get it for $100-$200. We were told they would hold our products until we came back 3 days later for a "special facial". After a day passed, we stopped by and asked to get the products we paid for. We were told, "do not use them". They wanted us to wait until we had our "facial" and received instructions. We decided we wanted to try it to make sure it was the same thing. Unfortunately, it had been opened already and had leaked product into the cap. We decided to not touch it. Upon our return for our "facial " appointment, they seemed so stunned about the opened product and offered to replace. They reminded us that we did not need to use it yet without instructions. The real reason is because its nothing like the product they tested on us the first day. We were told we were seeing one of the owners and getting the best care. Turns out, it wasn't even a facial. He proceeded to use a red light/blue light on us that he claimed was designed by NASA. That's a blatant lie. I've researched it and am having it looked into it. He first tried to sell it to us for $15k. Tried offering tons of products to go with it. We declined, more than once, and he would come back lower. After some aggressive statements and pushing, we came to agreement. He assured us it had a lifetime warranty and that the products were the best in the industry. After a long day of negotiations, we purchased the machine and left with the products. Out flight was leaving the next day. That night, we tried the new eye syringe, supposedly the same product they used on us the first time. It was awful. It left a white chalk residue under our eyes. We got up first thing and went back to the store, only to find a handwritten note on the door that they were closed for the weekend. Apparently, this is common and many vacationers have encountered a note on the weekend as well. We had been told that the "owner " that we were privileged to get, was only in town for those few days for some meetings and was flying back Milan. Turns out, after extensive research, we found his photo used with a few different names at multiple different named locations right there in Honolulu. They are scammers. I will not stop. I am building a large file of photos, reviews, lawsuits, results, etc. After getting home, we tried to give the products a try since we were out a few thousand dollars. The "miracle eye" syringe is junk. Its leaves the worst white film under your eyes. We were told one syringe would last a year. That's a blatant lie. It didn't last a few months. We were told to use it only once a week, yet when reviewing the products on the website, it says to use daily for best results. Unless you walk around with white chalky eyes, its unusable in public. The light machine does NOTHING! I've gotten better results from my Amazon light mask. This company has taken advantage of millions, predominantly the older generations. I am making it a point to stop at NOTHING. I was ripped off, like everyone else and because they thrive on vacation locations, you are stuck with a product that is horrible and doesn't work. I want a full refund, but there is NO one returning calls. I will be going back to Honolulu and will file complaints unless I ever hear back from this company with a full refund!

Doesn’t work or feel good
Pressure sales person! I have receipt for $300 but credit card charged over $400.00. Contacted company and sales people with no response. Dislike this product immensely. Makes your skin feel tight and dry. Thank goodness the effect doesn’t last long because I really wanted to wash it off. What a scam!

BUYER BEWARE-BAIT & SWITCH SCAM
My husband and I went to Honolulu and stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki for a week. The first night walking around the stores, we were approached by a gal outside of a beauty supply store Truffoire store giving away chocolates. My gullible husband walked over grabbed a chocolate. She literally pulled him by the arm into the store. I asked him. “What’s going on? What are we doing?” A guy by the name of Sunny who had an accent, comes out of nowhere applying eye cream on both of us followed up with a little fan to dry the product. Oh yeah it felt good and our eyes looked great. The hard sales pitch begins…it’s nothing like we have ever experienced and we are 67 years old. I was lucky to get out of the store only spending $470. He talked us into coming back the next day for a complimentary appointment using a Red Light Therapy device that is approved by NASA and is so amazing. He tried to hold our products we just bought to make sure we showed up the next day. We declined multiple times. We did see other sacks of products behind the register who he obviously talked into leaving until the next day. We did show up for the appointment the next day, he used the device on both us. We were highly impressed with it not knowing what was to come next…the hard sales pitch begins again to buy the device and products for $15k, then drops to $12k(that was his bottom price). Before you know it I let him charge $5k on my credit card and finance the rest. He helped me fill out the application, pressing buttons on my phone, etc. Another guy comes in to help with the application process probably to make sure the application went through. We felt like hostages! The bank couldn’t process my loan for another hour so they let us leave. I received an email and the bank declined my loan because of “potential fraud activity”? We suspect on Truffoire. Thank God! I called Giovanni to let him know, he was busy scamming someone else, I was definitely going through ‘buyers remorse’ and started researching this company. I was horrified beyond belief! They are scammers! He tried calling me several times, didn’t answer. Also found a lawsuit against them going to trial in July 2025 in Honolulu. Texted him said I was disputing the charge and told him about the lawsuit I found. He texted me on Tuesday Jan 28th to come in and he would credit me. I did and called BOA to make sure he actually did. They said the refund was showing as a recovering charge. The refund came through to my account this morning. So thankful!! There are a lot of these places out there not just Truffoire. We were stopped by other beauty supply businesses while we were there in Waikiki and they always target older people. They will step in front of you to get your attention. “Hey lady I like your hat, where did you get it” “Hey pretty lady how did you get your teeth so white”. Was getting very annoyed with their sales pitch. We learned a valuable lesson while on vacation and hope people are aware of these scammers. They could’ve ruined our beautiful

Predatory and high-pressure sales tactics, unfair pricing, and gross false misrepresentation of product
My elderly and vulnerable mother was physically ushered into a Truffoire store and kept there for three to four hours when she repeatedly tried to leave. They sold Space Touch products here inside of the store. She was told many things about how these red-light therapy products were usually worth $127,200 and that she would be getting a deal if she only spent $17,000. She was told that these products, designed by NASA, would cure her pain. They also told her that this product could be written off on her taxes. She was harassed and badgered by four sales persons to the point where she felt coerced and forced to make a purchase just so she could get out of there. She reluctantly agreed to one purchase without the knowledge that all sales were final until AFTER the fact. When they talked her into making a second purchase after holding her for three hours, her card declined. After her card declined, the sales women named Adele Rossi physically took her phone and forced the transaction to go through. I do not know the specifics of how she did that. They finally pressured my mother to sign multiple documents without giving her time to read them. Exhausted and tired after three to four hours of holding her there she signed just to get out of the store. She called me immediately after and I knew something was wrong. We will be refusing these products and pursuing legal action for the physically grabbing (assaulting) of my vulnerable elderly mother, the taking her upstairs and forcing her to try these products (false imprisonment), and the taking of her phone to make a large purchase of $10,000 (theft). These predatory high-pressure sales tactics are illegal as well as the false and misleading claims about NASA technology and the ability to be written off on your taxes, and unfair pricing. Please BEWARE of these products.
